BoomFi has been a really solid all-in-one payment solution for me. I can integrate it smoothly for crypto-to-fiat settlements and even use it to pay my metered bills which makes everything much more convenient in one place. The platform is also very simple to use.

Right from the start it feels very user-friendly and simple to navigate. It offers a wide range of financial tools and services which makes it useful for different needs in one place. I also appreciate how well it protects user data and transactions and the support team has been responsive and helpful whenever needed.

I really appreciate the overall summary feature since it lets me see all of my crypto transactions in one place. That's the part I value the most. It also gives a very convenient way to accept and send different cryptocurrencies without much hassle.

It does support multiple networks which is useful but over the past few months they haven't added any new crypto payment networks. Because of that, it creates problems when trying to accept payments from networks that still aren't supported.

Right from setup it felt simple to use while still giving us strong security. Transactions go through quickly and moving currencies into our accounts has been smooth. The support team has also been outstanding whenever needed. One of the best parts is being able to accept payments from different cryptocurrencies without any hassle. The payment flow is clear and simple, with the sender's options laid out in a way that makes choosing the right currency very simple. The encryption in place adds confidence and keeps everything clear throughout the process. I also really value how accessible the records are, along with the real-time notifications that keep us updated without extra effort.

Honestly I haven't run into anything to complain about. Once BoomFi was installed and fully set up, everything worked without issues, errors, or unnecessary complications.

This tool comes with a solid range of features, from automatic invoice reconciliation to no-code payment links that make setup much simpler. The crypto payment support is especially valuable and having a preferred currency for settlement is another strong advantage.

The only con I've noticed is with very small transactions, where the fixed fee feels a little too high. It would be better if the transaction charge were percentage-based instead.

One of the best parts is that the first $10K in transactions comes with no fees at all. Even after that threshold, the per-transaction cost stays very low which works really well for our business since we need to accept payments in cryptocurrency.

On top of that the payment dashboard is designed really well, with plenty of metrics displayed on a single page while still staying clear and organized without feeling cluttered or conflicting. It has helped cut down both time and costs, while also increasing revenue from crypto users.

Getting it set up and installed for clients within our organization was simple too, thanks to the clean and user-friendly interface. Another downside is that there is no dedicated app yet which makes it less convenient for Android users who would rather install and access it on their phones instead of relying on the web version.

It also supports nearly every kind of digital payment option, including cryptocurrencies. By cutting down on manual mistakes and helping us receive payments on time, it has improved both our productivity and our ability to scale.

The gateway itself is excellent and I really do not have any major complaints. The only downside is that customer support can be quite slow.

Getting started can still be a bit challenging for someone completely new since it may take a little time to understand how to use it at first. Another thing is the name "Boomfi" itself.. it doesn't really give a clear idea of what the product actually does.
