Pros
Has helped us cut down a lot of admin time by automating the routine work we deal with every day. It also lets us set deadlines which is really useful. On top of that it works well as a diary for tracking which tasks need to be prioritized and helps keep our workflow moving along efficiently.
Cons
It is a really good piece of software overall. That said there are still quite a few areas where it could be better especially when it comes to modernizing the interface and offering more formatting options.

Pros
Right from the start the interface feels very user-friendly and the system runs really smoothly. It has been consistently accurate and using it has been fully satisfying. It's definitely something I'd recommend to others.
Cons
There isn't much to point out here. Everything works so well and runs so smoothly that I can't really think of any complaints or even suggestions for improvement. Overall everything is good.

Pros
Everything I need for practice management is in one place which makes a big difference day to day. I can clearly see what work needs to be started where each item sits in the pipeline and who has reached out and still needs a response.
Cons
Still has a few features that could be better but the product is continuously being updated and improved. A two way integration with MS Outlook would be a valuable addition and it's already planned for later this year.

Keeping track of tasks with this software has helped us make sure nothing is overlooked and it supports both me and the team well whether we're in the office or working remotely. The support team has consistently been excellent. It also connects really well with Xero for billing and our customers really appreciate the portal and how quickly they can sign off on accounts.
Cons
When I assign a task to a team member and once it's completed it rolls over to the next year but doesn't come back onto my own task list even though I'm the client manager. This is an issue for me. I'd also really like to have a bulk task allocation option instead of having to open and assign each task individually.

Pros
Managing every client on this platform is incredibly easy because the workflows are so well designed and I always know exactly what stage each client is at. Being able to add notes at every step and have all client details right there whenever I need them makes daily work much more manageable. The automation is fantastic too, sending engagement letters and client reminders takes hardly any effort and saves a huge amount of time every single week. The online document approval feature is another big plus since I can send documents securely through the cloud and have clients approve them electronically without needing to post anything. Other than that the built-in AML and credit checks save even more time because everything can be done instantly with just a click.
Cons
I do not have any problems. If they offered more accountancy software I would absolutely use that as well.

Pros
It is much simpler to keep my clients organised with this and it stores all the HMRC-related information I need in one place. Having everything right there when I'm on a call is really useful.
Cons
Covers everything I need the software to do but the one downside is the pricing model. Paying per user rather than having one flat cost for the whole practice is a bit frustrating.

Pros
Something that really appealed to me was the free trial since it lets you explore all of the features properly before deciding to buy. The annual cost is also quite low which makes it a very compelling option for small business owners when compared with paying an accountant or bookkeeper to handle the same work. Using the software is easy and it gives you full control over payroll with all the key information available whenever you need it in just a click. Also the help section is very detailed and useful.
Cons
Haven't seen any negatives to point out. The only thing I was unsure about at first was how to back up the system but when I reached out to the online technical support team they were very helpful.
