“Helpful and Simple Tool

Pros

I'm not someone who knows much about accounting but this software really helped me figure it out. With a few calls to their support, I was up and running. Now I can keep my records organized, do my GST stuff and handle year end reports without panicking.

Cons

I'm not an expert in accounting so I only use a small part of what the software offers but those parts work fine. Still, sometimes I wish the other options were a bit easier to get into or understand without much effort.

“Super simple software

Pros

This one's easy to handle and honestly, it doesn't throw a bunch of confusing options at me like some others do. I got through setup in no time and when I had a small question, support jumped in fast.

Cons

It lags every now and then which can be a pain when I'm trying to get through tasks quickly. Also, saving files feels weird sometimes, seems like I gotta email it to myself instead of just saving it directly.

“Manages cash flow easily

Pros

What surprised me most is how natural the cash manager felt while using it. Things are right where I expect them to be, so I didn't spend forever figuring it out. It just made sense as I went.

Cons

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. I haven't hit anything that's made me dislike the software so far.

“Smart and Reliable

Pros

I've been keeping my books in check with this tool and it actually feels smart. Not just basic stuff either, it really knows how to make tasks easier. If I could change one thing, maybe they could update their website a bit, just to keep up with how good the software is.

Cons

Our team overall thinks it's great software but we do think the website could really use a refresh. Other than that, nobody's really complained about anything serious.
