Pros
We have been using the free version for two months and have already automated invoicing for several departments. As we continue to connect it with our other systems, we are now prepared to upgrade to a paid license.
Cons
Initially I was a little skeptical but after automating many of our invoices with it, we are now preparing to upgrade to a more advanced plan to handle even more data.

Pros
Chargebee has been important for our software company's monetization team, freeing up development resources by automating payment collection, invoices, email alerts and subscription management. Its customizable platform and support for over 30 payment gateways have allowed us to test and adapt our pricing strategies more quickly. The real-time analytics and SaaS metrics have been essential for understanding our subscription economics and guiding our business growth. Plus its smooth integration with tools like Shopify, Squarespace, MailChimp and Google Analytics has greatly improved our operational efficiency.
Cons
Although it is packed with features, getting the most out of it does require some dedicated learning time. As a Product Manager, I had to spend a while getting to know the platform's various functions. That said the advantages we gain are well worth the initial effort.
