Clearbooks have a simple and easy to navigate interface even for those new to the system or not tech savvy. The team is very supportive as they took the time to understand my needs and offered assistance wherever possible.

Cons

Price is a bit on the higher side but the good thing is that you get what you pay for.

To start with the positives Clear Books have a highly smart interface that makes navigation and comprehension pretty simple for me. The software is quite thorough as it addresses all facets of accounting and finance from invoicing to expense tracking and generating financial reports. I also value the automation features like automatic expense categorization and recurring invoices which help save time and lessen manual errors.

Cons

On the other side there are some issues. Like the software can be slow occasionally which can be annoying as it slow down my work. Also the support system could be improved a bit more since I have experienced delays in getting responses or resolutions to my issues.

I am using it for very a long time however with time my subscription amount is increased a lot which is not the best.

ClearBooks provides me with easy access to basic accounting software. It has been useful for managing my account transactions and its dashboard offers a helpful overview of my business's performance.

Using this accounting software I can manage all our sales and marketing products without worrying about invoice losses since Clear Books consistently provides complete invoices and expense details. We always receive detailed and complete financial reports on our account activities and the status of invoices and expenses which helps us track our sales and marketing profits.

At times due to accounting issues it is not always easy to access all our invoices and expenses through the usual process. However after comparing Clear Books with other accounting software we found it to be the best for managing accounts with excellent features for handling customer invoices and expenses.

Its accounting service platform provides a well-designed and visually appealing interface that's simple to use. The main dashboard includes all the necessary information, making it easy to adapt to. You can manage transactions in various currencies, handle billing, and oversee payroll for the company.

Some functions on the ClearBooks could be simplified to improve the systems overall performance.

“Excellent solution to carry and track the accounting

Pros

It has a dashboard that allows me to control key aspects of my accounting, set reminders and automate payments. I also like the billing module which is customizable to meet my needs. To manage it I only need to import bank statements and reconcile my accounts well.

Cons

Overall, its a fairly comprehensive software. However I have noticed that it does not allow for the repetition of certain tasks. Once a task is completed you need to reprogram it if you need to do it again.

Clear Books provides me with essential accounting tools (I use it in sales for creating quotes, invoices and following up on unpaid invoices). I find these tasks pretty easy to handle.

Cons

As per me there are two major drawbacks with Clear Books. Firstly they regularly make changes to the UI which can be annoying as it often disrupts my workflow while I try to find things. Secondly they lack the webAPI integrations that we need so automating repetitive tasks like creating quotes isn't possible.

Software is simple to use and comes with excellent tools. The reports are very practical and help me get a clear overview of my businesss performance. Also it is efficient and saves time. I would recommend it to any small business.

I see a room for improvements in some features but the customer support is quite helpful. They seem to act on feedback so I believe the application will continue to grow and improve.

“Clear Books has been a vital tool in managing my day to day finances for my business.

The system is quite easy to use and the integration of my data into a customizable dashboard gives me a detailed overview of my business finances at a glance. It's a great tool for me since I do not have to run regular reports; the dashboard does the work for me. From it I can quickly see profits, expenses, income and outstanding invoices. This allows me to identify what is affecting my finances positively or negatively.

Cons

To be honest I do not have any particular dislikes against Clear Books but I do find it difficult to figure out how to handle refunds and credits within the system. When I need to issue refunds or apply credits to supplier accounts, its something I often need to discuss with my accountant. Another issue is with Quotes. They tend to stay in the system even after an invoice has been generated from them. It would be much better to have a checkbox to confirm the completion of a quote rather than creating the invoice and then clearing the quote. While its not a major problem, it would save time especially when dealing with a batch of quotes that were forgotten.

Clearbooks is simple to use even for someone without an accounting background. The interface is easy and I can navigate it easily. Others can view it if needed without having to close the software.

Cons

If you enter too many lines in a bill, the system can freeze and you will need to start over as it does not save automatically until you hit the save button.

Pros

ClearBooks is easy to operate and offers a wide range of useful tools. Its search function is excellent, reporting capabilities are top notch and the Dashboard provides a superb high level view of the businesss performance.

Customizing the document templates to fit my needs can be a bit difficult at times but the support team is excellent.
