“Its a must have for keeping track of your resources.”
Pros
The analytics feature is invaluable, allowing me to monitor multiple data points efficiently. With just a few clicks, I can track resource utilization across any timeframe, check department and associate availability at a glance, identify projects with budget concerns, assess spending against our plans, and easily track proposal status. It significantly simplifies my job.
Cons
While Project Planning and Resource Scheduler are useful, I believe more effort should be directed toward enhancing components like Earned Value and Change Order tracking, and improving tools for manipulating scheduled data.

“Top Notch Product”
Pros
I like how seamlessly I transitioned from another software to InFocus. It's been user-friendly since I started using it in 2010, and it continues to improve with new features regularly. Trust me you'll be impressed!
Cons
While the reports are generally good, extensive customization is often required to achieve specific results. One drawback is the lack of a payroll application; companies managing payroll in-house will need to use a separate software alongside InFocus.

“Best ERP and Project Management Software for its price”
Pros
InFocus offers all the functionality of SAP with strong internal controls that safeguard data integrity. Its user-friendly interface allows for quick queries, customizable reports, and seamless integration with third-party applications. It's a software that caters to our needs without imposing the limitations of larger systems.
Cons
Currently, there's nothing I truly dislike about the software. If I had to choose one aspect, it would be the manual process required for generating standalone statements for clients, similar to invoicing. However, clients receiving monthly invoices automatically receive their statements along with them.

I successfully imported data from an outdated program (Sema4), which was a major plus.

“User Friendly”
Pros
The standout benefit of this product is its intuitive user interface. It's clean and requires minimal training to use effectively.

“Office Manager”
Pros
The software's ease of use is complemented by excellent support. Reports are well-formatted and easy to extract information from, tailored to our specific needs.
Cons
I would like it if the training modules were offered free of charge. Additionally, the increasing monthly maintenance costs in US dollars are becoming a concern.

Metrics and planning - Ability to monitor projects in real-time is a crucial feature.

“InFocus A Great System”
Pros
Its adaptability, robustness, and data retrieval capabilities are impressive. With a company of forty-five people spread across five office locations and six disciplines, including a majority of field personnel working across various disciplines and offices, managing hundreds of open projects for numerous clients is extremely challenging. Transitioning our extensive client, project, time, and accounting records to Clearview's system was seamless and precise, matching to the penny. Working with them has been a pleasure. InFocus delivers on its promises, and the Clearview team is exceptional to work with. Although there's a learning curve, the intuitive solutions often make you wonder why you didn't think of them yourself. Their support resources from literature to training videos are invaluable. While there may be comparable products, I doubt there's anything better; if there were, Clearview would likely match or surpass it. Competition drives us all to excel.
Cons
Encouraging colleagues within our organization to better like and utilize this management tool has been a challenge.

“Great SAAS accounting solution for an ACEC firm”
Pros
The setup cost and ongoing per-seat pricing are reasonable. We were up and running online within 24 hours and had our data migrated from Deltek in just 7 business days. Technical support is excellent, with rapid responses via a dedicated user interface, usually resolving non-critical issues within 2 hours. InFocus allows for custom reports and invoice designs through Microsoft's SQL Business Intelligence Development Studio 2005.
Cons
One drawback has been the slower interface speed since switching to SaaS. Response times are notably slower compared to our previous onsite server setup. I expected better server performance in the background with SaaS, as requests now take about four times longer to process.

“Project Management software”
Pros
It simplifies tracking project costs and offers extensive options for project setup. Users can log time and expenses from anywhere, and electronic file attachments are supported throughout the software.

“Great product for a small to medium firm”
Pros
Once familiar with its layout, navigating the software and locating desired information becomes simple. I'm eager to explore its full potential and see how it can support our future growth.
Cons
It's somewhat restrictive in project structuring requirements to utilize all its features effectively. For instance, accommodating multiple project managers on one project requires workarounds due to the software's rigid assumptions.

Pros
The software's capacity to capture vast amounts of data and generate a seemingly infinite array of custom reports for analysis is impressive.
