“Okay, though not perfect
Pros
Well I really don't know what to say here. It is not that great as there are better options available.
Cons
As I mentioned before, there is nothing special about this software. To stand with other similar products in the market, it needs to make a lot of improvements.

Pros
What impresses me the most about this software is its incredible adaptability as it allows us to customize it precisely to our company's unique requirements.

Personally, my main challenge with this software occurs when updates are required. For field users like myself with unreliable internet access, being unable to access time sheets until updates are completed is a bit frustrating.

Pros
ClearView InFocus has proven to be a game-changer for us. It not only boosts our efficiency but also helps us save money by cutting down on staff and operational costs.

“Works well for us
Pros
One of the features I like most is the ability to create estimates and track projects without any hassle from start to finish. All expenses are automatically integrated into our invoicing process with adjustable markup rates. Also it is versatile, supporting multiple pricing structures and integrating well with project schedules, resource planning, timesheets and expenses.
Cons
ClearView InFocus interface feels a bit outdated to me. Also it lacks some standard reports found in products like Quickbooks. Moreover the mobile timesheet feature could use an update too even though it is functional.

Pros
I love how easy and fast it is to export reports to Excel. It's definitely one of my favorite features.

“A tool that fits every needs
Pros
One of the best things about InFocus is the Gridgits on the dashboard, which pull together all kinds of information into one easy to access spot. Plus the way it handles data entry is amazing and I don't have to keep deleting and re-entering stuff for small changes. I also love the detailed reports, which are easy to understand, plus the check processing for Accounts Payable and Employee Reimbursables through the recent transaction tab is really efficient. Managing timesheets and keeping track of employee benefits hours is also not a problem anymore.
Cons
The thing I find less than ideal about InFocus is that certain functions are not very intuitive (for example, using F4 instead of Enter). I'd also prefer to see more automated benefit accruals and smoother integration with payroll software like Pensoft, especially for companies with salaried employees.

“Highly responsive and helpful customer team
Pros
The customer service we got from InFocus is amazing. Their team is very responsive, whether it's through open tickets, offering walkthroughs on Webex or customizing solutions through work orders. What is even better is that the software lets end-users like us personalize everything from data presentations to security settings, permissions and reports. They also offer us ongoing training through workshops, webinars and updates, which means the software keeps improving with all the latest tech advancements.
Cons
Whenever we face any issues with InFocus, we discuss them with the support team and work together to find solutions that suit our needs. Pros
The analytics feature is invaluable, allowing me to monitor multiple data points efficiently. With just a few clicks, I can track resource utilization across any timeframe, check department and associate availability at a glance, identify projects with budget concerns, assess spending against our plans, and easily track proposal status. It significantly simplifies my job.

Pros
I like how seamlessly I transitioned from another software to InFocus. It's been user-friendly since I started using it in 2010, and it continues to improve with new features regularly. Trust me you'll be impressed!
Cons

“Best ERP and Project Management Software for its price
Pros
InFocus offers all the functionality of SAP with strong internal controls that safeguard data integrity. Its user-friendly interface allows for quick queries, customizable reports, and seamless integration with third-party applications. It's a software that caters to our needs without imposing the limitations of larger systems.
Cons
Currently, there's nothing I truly dislike about the software. If I had to choose one aspect, it would be the manual process required for generating standalone statements for clients, similar to invoicing. However, clients receiving monthly invoices automatically receive their statements along with them.

“InFocus A Great System
Pros
Its adaptability, robustness, and data retrieval capabilities are impressive. With a company of forty-five people spread across five office locations and six disciplines, including a majority of field personnel working across various disciplines and offices, managing hundreds of open projects for numerous clients is extremely challenging. Transitioning our extensive client, project, time, and accounting records to Clearview's system was seamless and precise, matching to the penny. Working with them has been a pleasure. InFocus delivers on its promises, and the Clearview team is exceptional to work with. Although there's a learning curve, the intuitive solutions often make you wonder why you didn't think of them yourself. Their support resources from literature to training videos are invaluable. While there may be comparable products, I doubt there's anything better; if there were, Clearview would likely match or surpass it. Competition drives us all to excel.

“Great SAAS accounting solution for an ACEC firm
Pros
The setup cost and ongoing per-seat pricing are reasonable. We were up and running online within 24 hours and had our data migrated from Deltek in just 7 business days. Technical support is excellent, with rapid responses via a dedicated user interface, usually resolving non-critical issues within 2 hours. InFocus allows for custom reports and invoice designs through Microsoft's SQL Business Intelligence Development Studio 2005.
Cons
One drawback has been the slower interface speed since switching to SaaS. Response times are notably slower compared to our previous onsite server setup. I expected better server performance in the background with SaaS, as requests now take about four times longer to process.

“Great SAAS accounting solution for an ACEC firm
Pros
Hosting everything in the cloud eliminates the need for onsite servers. It includes a local client install and an easy-to-use trouble ticket system for issue resolution. Being cloud-based ensures it's always up-to-date.
Cons
Periodic data slowdowns occur due to the software running on Clearview's servers. The Microsoft ClickOnce technology used for the local client integrates well with Internet Explorer and Edge but not always with Chrome, requiring additional plugins. Additionally, the absence of a hosted SMTP server means extra costs if utilizing your own for email, which I find disappointing considering the service's overall cost.
