I find the platform incredibly easy to use and intuitive, which makes adoption straightforward. The CloudEagle team supported me throughout the integration process, and the customizable processes only require drag-and-drop actions. The SaaS purchasing team, consisting of skilled negotiators, helps speed up savings.

Cons

There's really not much to dislike. The true benefits of this service or product become clear after overcoming the learning curve, which the CloudEagle team makes incredibly easy to manage.

Having a single, centralized location to handle all my SaaS expenses and management has been a game changer. I can quickly see all my vendors, track my monthly spending, know when renewals are due, see who in my company is using which applications and vendors, and manage my contracts and renewal invoices.

Cons

The CE team has been highly involved with us, not only helping us learn and use their platform to its fullest but also considering and implementing changes to support and ease the implementation and use in various real-world scenarios.

Already Far Out But Still A Long Way To Go

The interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate, and I can generate various reports. The team is very willing to assist with any questions we have.

Cons

Some of the modules aren't ready for screen capture. Columns aren't adjustable to my preferences, and deprovisioning is still manual, but I know they're working on releasing this feature soon.

Cons

They integrate with other systems but prefer to operate within their own system, which requires the customer to update workflows. This is more of an issue for smaller organizations but becomes less of a problem over time.
