Datamolino software is the best! It saves both time and money and the combination of AI automation and human interface delivers highly accurate results. Moreover the customer service is the best we have ever come across and it integrates smoothly with QuickBooks.

I have no complaints as Datamolino is an incredible product. We are just gutted that we discovered it late.

Well few years back I had to manually intervene with a lot of bills but now they have upgraded the software I no longer requires that kind of manual editing.

The only drawback for me is the price. It offers features that many of its competitors also have so it should be more affordable since its not offering anything unique.

They are very accommodating to our preferred working methods and have made several adjustments to the software based on our feedback. The standout feature is the invoice fingerprint capability which allows new invoices to be set up with a template that automatically recognizes and processes similar documents in the future.

As mentioned earlier the Datamolino team has made additions or adjustments based on our requests. I do not think there are any disliked left to mention at this point form our side.

Datamolino just works! It might sound odd but I never worry about Datamolino failing to process a document. Even when issues arise customer service has been always there and has been excellent. They always collaborated with us to resolve problems form the core.

Datamolino has saved us a lot of time over the years. Also it has allowed us to concentrate on growing our business and improving our product rather than getting bogged down in bookkeeping and invoice entry. It is fast, accurate and offers many features that surpass the competition.

It has greatly accelerated and automated our invoice management and processing! My goal was to reduce the time spent on processing invoices. While we cannot fully automate the process it has noticeably improved our productivity and accuracy.

Whenever I have had issues the team responds promptly and either explains or fixes the problem. Due to time zone differences updates might be scheduled while I am still working, but this has only been an issue once or twice in four months.

Proofreading can sometimes take a bit of time but its worth it because the software ensures documents are not duplicated.

Learning how to use it was not a time consuming process. Also it integrates easily with our Xero software. The technology behind the software is impressive as it saves me hours each month on data entry. The feature for handling multiple lines per invoice is especially helpful.

Datamolino price is a bit of a concern but you generally get what you pay for. I switched to another option to save money but ended up returning to Datamolino because the other software slowed down my workflow due to its lack of automation.

Datamolino integrates smoothly with our Xero accounting software which allows us to split invoices by line item, which makes tracking by cost account and job much easier. It saves us a lot of time so we as business owners can closely monitor our costs without spending excessive time on it. We are also saving money by not needing to hire someone for this level of detail. The customer service is excellent and Datamolino is always responsive to our requests.

I cannot think of any negatives at the moment. Whenever we have had an issue or question, Datamolino has responded quickly and made the necessary adjustments.

The support is outstanding as they are always available whenever I have questions. The system integrates well with Xero and is easy to navigate through client folders and export PDF reports.

One thing which I think would be nice addition is the only real edit I needed to make after the bill was in Xero was splitting it into multiple line items.

It allows you to run a business without any effort or inconvenience. In short it almost eliminates the chance of making errors. Also it is very easy to use. When I had an issue with image uploads early on, the support team and developers responded immediately and released a new app version to fix it.

Nothing comes to mind. I am very much impressed with how well it handles the variety of receipt formats and print qualities.

Datamolino has very much reduced the time we spend manually entering data. Also it allows us to upload invoices and take pictures of receipts for expenses in real time. The recognition software is quick and accurately fills in fields. Its integration with Xero provides a great software solution which helps us save money on fewer hours needed from our accountant.
