Pros
It's a good idea but I haven't found anything here that can't be found in other ERP systems, so it feels a bit basic compared to competitors.
Cons
It crashes, responses are slow, it wastes my time. It's pricey and their tech team training isn't good. That sums it up for me.

Since all the information is stored in the cloud, it makes my work easier because everyone on my team can access real-time data from anywhere, It is improving collaboration for us.
Cons

If you're a small business with minimal transactions like mine, I'd recommend it because it meets basic needs without being overly complex or difficult to manage.
Cons
For me, the customer service and after-sales support are awful. It took them over six months to solve a critical problem I had with using the system.
