Quick Staff Training

Pros

We were able to train casual staff in less than an hour to handle the basics which makes staff turnover far less disruptive to our business operations and keeps things running smoothly.

Cons

We've had a few system crashes before but thankfully none of them were serious or caused major disruptions. Each time it happened, I was able to recover quickly and get back to work without losing any important data or progress which really helped keep things on track.

Excellent Reporting Tools

Pros

I can pull detailed reports whenever needed and the daily cash-ups are an excellent tool for monitoring and managing income effectively, giving me better control over finances.

Cons

I found setting up company invoices a bit tricky. Most of the other features are pretty helpful for me though.

Easy to work with

Pros

The software is very user-friendly and easily adapts to our complex company structure. This allows smooth integration into different departments without any disruption which I find very helpful.

Cons

I don't have a user manual loaded in my version. I know there's supposed to be one but it just isn't there and that makes things harder.
