Helpful customer support

Pros

I can email support and usually get a fast reply. They take my suggestions seriously and regularly push out updates that actually help improve my workflow and experience.

Cons

I really wish they had a mobile app so I could use it when I'm not at my desk but for now it's still doing the job just fine and keeps me going.

Simple and Supportive

Pros

It's super simple to work with and whenever I need help, their remote and phone support shows up fast with friendly folks who are always ready to assist me.

Cons

Honestly, can't think of a single thing wrong with it. I've been trying to spot an issue or something that bugs me but nothing has really come up so far.

Smooth for Navigation

Pros

The navigation is clear and I find client records super handy whenever I need quick details. This makes managing my tasks smoother and saves me valuable time.

Cons

There's nothing in particular that bothers me about the software. I've been using it for a while now and haven't run into anything that makes me feel frustrated or unhappy with it.

Easy to Use

Pros

I've used EasyAs for five years and it's been rock solid. It's really simple to operate and their customer service always helps me out whenever I run into any issues.

Cons

I find it a lot easier to manage stock when it's split into categories. When there's a huge list of products to count, it would be so much better if I could handle it in smaller sections instead of all at once.

Reliable tool

Pros

The software is very stable and meets our needs well. I don't have to worry about crashes during busy days which lets me focus on running my business smoothly.

Cons

I noticed that getting some info out of the system can be a bit of a slow process. I sometimes have to click around more than I'd like before I find what I'm looking for.

Simple to Learn

Pros

I find the interface super friendly and their after sale support is great. I'd recommend this POS to any business because staff pick it up fast and it makes training easier.

Cons

I don't have any cons for this POS system. If something ever goes wrong, I just call their tech support and they sort it out quickly, so I never feel stuck.

Great for Managing Accounts

Pros

For me, it is easy to teach new employees how to use this system. It works well with common POS hardware and tracking debtors and suppliers is very manageable for me.

Cons

Honestly, besides a few small glitches here and there, I can't think of any problems. I've gotten used to how it works and it's been great for me overall.

Top notch software

Pros

It's pretty quick to get used to. I trained new staff fast and we've had smooth experience ever since. Plus, support steps in quickly whenever I need help.

Cons

I've noticed that whenever I ask for something to be added or changed in the software, it always gets taken care of quickly. The team always manages to figure out a way to add whatever function I need, which is super helpful and makes my work much easier.

Reliable for Years

Pros

I've been using this across all five of my businesses for over ten years and it still performs reliably. I really appreciate how dependable it has been over time.

Cons

Simple and easy to use

Pros

I picked it up quickly without much difficulty which made getting started really smooth for me. Plus, knowing that backups are always available whenever I need them gives me a lot of confidence.

Cons

The way debtor payments are offset feels a bit long-winded. I wish it didn't take as many steps because I end up spending more time on it than I'd like.

Organized and Efficient

Pros

I can run a whole business from this system and count on it for day to day operations without much fuss. It simplifies so many tasks and helps me stay organized.

Cons

Every few months I'm forced to reset my password or it locks me out and then I can't get into the system at all. I get why it's for security but I still find it annoying.

Easy Staff Onboarding

Pros

It is easy for me to train staff on the POS quickly, they learn the steps fast and handle sales with confidence. This has saved me a lot of time in onboarding new employees and keeps things running smoothly.

Cons

I get frustrated that it doesn't give me a work in progress summary sheet option. It also won't send emails directly from invoices or quotes and I can't save those files straight to my computer from the software.

Convenient usage

Pros

Everything works smoothly and customer service has been fantastic. Whenever I call, I always get helpful answers that resolve my issues promptly and keep my business moving.

Cons

There's nothing I really dislike about it but a proper tutorial would've saved me a lot of calls to customer service. I was new to accounting, so I felt bad for bothering them so often. Even now, I'm sure I'm only using a fraction of what it can actually do.

Simple Layout

Pros

I like the clean layout, it's simple to follow and saves me time when checking records. Having an simple interface means less frustration and quicker access to what I need.

Cons

For me, the biggest downside is not being able to integrate credit card payments directly into the system. I find myself wishing they would add this feature soon because it would really simplify my payment process and save me time.

Great Support

Pros

This is very user friendly software with responsive and reliable support. Whenever issues arise, they're quickly addressed which makes my daily operations much less stressful.

Cons

I have no real complaints. Whenever I had a tiny issue or needed a little customization, their support team got it done right away and I didn't have to chase them.

Pros

Took time to learn

Pros

For me, it is easy to navigate through all the menus and functions. Tech support is always available and ready to help whenever I need assistance which is reassuring.

Cons

Not being very tech savvy but I needed a bit of time to figure it out. I eventually got the hang of it though and honestly, that's more about me than the software itself.

Improved efficiency

Pros

I've found the EasYAs system both simple and powerful and it has given my business a noticeable increase in efficiency and overall organization which I really appreciate.

Cons

Perfect for everything

Pros

Installing the software is quick and effortless. Operators need very little training, reports are thorough and the interactive. And the daily cash-up system along with user restrictions make management much easier.

Cons

I'm happy it covers what we currently need. I do wish it had a built-in report writing tool, since that would make my job a lot simpler.
