“EcountERP is our choice after years of searching of ERP services

Pros

The speed of the software is remarkable, especially for multinational access, surpassing the QuickBooks Online version. The wide range of customization options provide tremendous flexibility. Moreover, the fact that they don't charge per user is a significant cost-saving advantage for small companies.

Cons

The bar code printer compatibility is not 100%, and I hope they can pre-configure the most popular reports for better convenience.

This software is highly commendable due to its exceptional customization abilities and mobile accessibility. While the initial setup process can be a bit complex but once all the information is in the system, it runs smoothly.

The only drawback I have experienced is the requirement for an internet connection. It can be problematic to work with in places where the internet connection is inconsistent.

ECOUNT offers great value for money. It perfectly caters to the requirements of our manufacturing company based in China, especially with its advanced assembly BOM capabilities. Additionally, it remains accessible even with low internet speeds.

Cons

The project management and CRM features are not up to the mark compared to other aspects. However, I understand that they may not be the most important features for an ERP system.
