Occasionally, the system duplicates order numbers, leading to billing issues. While the customer service has been helpful, they have been unable to resolve the problem.

The price is a bit high, and I believe long-term users should receive discounts. Additionally, there have been multiple instances of printing errors, which we have mentioned several times but received no response.

ECOUNT pricing and customer service were outstanding. While other companies we know use it, we weren't quite ready to use it yet.

The plenty of different sections in ECOUNT made everything a bit challenging, mainly to navigate and set up, especially given our low transaction volume.

Pros

The modules seamlessly interact with each other, eliminating the need to input information separately. Once you understand how the program functions, modifying templates within those modules becomes easy too. Furthermore the customer support is also exceptional.

Cons

In my opinion, this program has unnecessary steps to go from a quote to a final invoice in the sales module. If possible, I would streamline the process by reducing the number of required steps for invoicing and shipping.

Pros

Options for report and screen modification, simplified functions, numerous reports, mobile app, workflow, notifications and Excel upload make it highly versatile.

Cons

The software lacks plant maintenance features and has limited API capabilities, only supporting sales. Furthermore, it lacks an SMS function in the USA and lacks finance links with banks and QuickBooks software. We also wish it had SQL features.

“Great affordable system with minor flaws

Pros

The cost is the foremost advantage of this system! It surpasses all other systems in the USA. It fulfills all the necessary requirements, especially for production, inventory control and manufacturing.

Cons

The accounting aspect is missing to some extent, and to our disappointment, they recently removed the "Reconcile" button, rendering the software unusable. As a result, we had to revert to QuickBooks, which is a shame considering the high potential of this program.

“Useful inventory management tool!!!

Pros

Ecount offers a multitude of useful features that we have been able to use. One of these features is the inventory reports, which have greatly assisted us in managing and analyzing inventories per store.

Cons

Personally, I haven't encountered any significant problems with Ecount. In the start, I was a bit confused about some of its modules, but I have familiarized myself with them through continuous use.

Pros

It is incredibly easy to use and set up. Compared to the competition, it is reasonably priced. Also it operates swiftly and reliably.

Cons

We have experienced some issues with barcode printers and I believe that the customization of reports should not be limited. Additionally, an offline version is not available, which I think would be beneficial if available.

“Every Inventory Counts!!!

Pros

The ECOUNT System excellently manages our inventories which allows us to track stock levels in warehouses, production and various nationwide stores. We particularly love the customization feature, which enables us to generate inventory and sales reports tailored to our specific requirements.

Cons

ECOUNT drawbacks we can think of are: a) the need to send invoices one at a time, and b) its incompatibility with certain barcode printers.

Pros

After researching a lot for an affordable inventory management software that could meet our needs, we discovered Ecount. It is one of the few web-based software solutions that doesn't nickel and dime users for additional services. The customer support was excellent in guiding us through the software setup process to suit our requirements.

Cons

The only con I can think of is that it would be advantageous for them to offer an offline version for a one-time purchase. That would truly set them apart.

Pros

Once you understand it, using the software become a piece of cake. It's easy to make changes for mistakes or revised line items, and updating these modifications, as well as A/R payments received, is a simple process.

Cons

When it comes to reporting, I found the customization options limited or sometimes it become impossible to create the specific reports I needed. For example, important details like the shipped date, customers' PO# and our invoice# are essential when generating monthly A/R statements for each customer. I found it odd that customers had to confirm the invoice by clicking on an email link to open it. This led to confusion as many customers responded saying there was no attached invoice. I had to explain to each customer how to open the invoice, which was time-consuming and not convenient at all. The feature "Confirm Received Document" didn't work as customers didn't see any attached document, so they didn't want to confirm. This meant they didn't have the invoice, and I had to resend it later. It would be better if there was a clear option to click and open the invoice or a visual representation of the attached invoice. This way, customers can easily access it without any confusion. Additionally, the software only allows sending invoices one at a time instead of sending them all at once, which can be quite tedious.

Pros

This application offers a lot of functions such as, encompassing accounting, payroll, budgeting and tax management, all within a single platform.

Cons

The customer support definitely needs improvement. Bugs should be fixed quickly and the application should provide more helpful features.

Pros

The level of integration provided by this software is exceptional. It functions as a comprehensive ERP system, facilitating end-to-end cost tracking and connecting it back to revenue. Also the option to use sales and forecast orders for demand scheduling, material requirements, capacity planning, throughput and productivity is impressive.

Cons

The native format of the menus took some time to get used to. However, setting up user menu preferences helped overcome this hurdle. It's possible to configure user menus in a workflow style, and there is a lot of complexity behind the entry menus. To fully understand its potential, it is important to have customer support understand it thoroughly and also read the online documentation.

It's very much user-friendly with excellent customer support and robust functionality, all at a very reasonable price. The setup process was hassle-free, and the user interface is quite simple too. I highly recommend using it and surely you won't regret it.
