I really like how simple and fast it is to use which allow us to manage finances pretty efficiently. Also the user interface stands out to me as it makes navigation easy and completing tasks pretty simple.

Cons

Well I feel like it is a bit on the pricey side but overall, it is easy to use and the customer service is solid.

What I liked most about Eleven is its ease of use. Also the design is simple and user friendly which makes it easy to navigate. Even a person who is not very tech savvy can easily find their way around the platform. There are several built in features that help you complete tasks on time. With the available support and resources managing complex tasks has become hassle free. In short its clear that the team worked hard to make the experience smooth and user friendly.

Cons

The thing I like least about Eleven is that some features are not as customized as I preferred. Also while it's generally easy to navigate I sometimes feel it lacks flexibility. Adding more customization options would improve the experience. Also, a few tasks take longer than expected at times which can be a bit frustrating.

I have been really impressed with Eleven and we have run into very few limitations so far. I do think the UI/UX design could be updated to give it a more modern look. That said any issues we have had were quickly resolved by the support team and I really like their quick help.
