Pros
I find Envoice to be an excellent product overall. I really like it and will definitely recommend it to my friends. Also it is simple and easy to use and the AI behind it is both smart and adaptive. The OCR technology captures more data than other similar options. For accounting companies it offers great value by not only pushing data to your accounting system but also categorizing most items automatically.
Cons
We in the beginning had trouble finding some settings but customer service resolved it quickly.

“Envoice has reduced our workload and errors drastically”
Pros
Envoice software has been quite easy for our team to use in the field for recording expenses. Being able to take a picture of receipts and have it automatically recognized the vendor, amount and tax is perfect. It meets our needs and keeps us within budget. It was easy enough that I managed to get it up and running with minimal extra training. I just read a few articles and called customer service once.
Cons
We needed to make a few minor adjustments to our workflows but the Envoice team addressed them swiftly.
