Pros
The PayPal and Stripe payment buttons that show up directly on the invoice are the best! I also like the automatic payment reminders and the ability to track open invoices.
Cons
With Envoice I have not had any problems. Everything works well for me.

Pros
Learning and understanding how this software works was easy. It supports our local language and different currencies. What I really like is that it helped us move away from paper documents.
Cons
Well I have had issues with credit invoices. When generating a payment file, the program does not deduct credit notes from the total amount due. Instead it forwards the credit notes to the archive list as unpaid invoices when validating the payment file.

Pros
We were able to start using it right away with minimal setup. The entire workflow is well thought out and I can confidently say it has made us more efficient and even saved on payroll costs. As a hotel that deals with a lot of invoices and approvals from various departments we could not manage without Envoice now.
Cons
To see an approval process feature integrated into the app would be amazing

Cons

The ease of use stands out. Also it is been simple to explain the program to clients even to those who are not very tech-savvy.
Cons
Switching between invoices is tricky. Creating sales invoices is complicated for clients so maybe having two different views for creating them could help.

Pros
It meets about 70% of my needs and offers reasonable pricing.
Cons
It takes too many clicks to accept an invoice. There is no article counting and I cannot upload sales invoices but only up to 10 invoices at a time. Its also not possible to set up permanent tax rules for automatic invoice imports.
