Cons
After being with ePROMIS for over 5 years I have not found a single drawback. Its an key tool for any business.

Pros
The system allows my employees to raise concerns, report grievances and find quick resolutions to their issues. I can better understand my employees with the help of analytics and track their performance over time. It identifies skill gaps and recommends remedial actions. I can manage travel and other expenses through an integrated HR platform and verify previous records with just a few clicks.
Cons
I have not found any cons. Its one of the most comprehensive and user friendly ERP systems available. I highly recommend it for SMEs!

Its the ideal ERP tool for all departments and industries. I have not found any cons as the solution seems to be nicely designed to meet all business needs.
