Cons

Price is a bit on a higher as compared to other options but the benefits I have seen from using it are excellent.

ePROMIS has improved our asset maintenance, reduced overtime costs and made better use of labor. Customer service whether internal or external has also been improved. Work orders are automatically generated from various service requests like fax, email or verbal requests, with unique order numbers based on the service type. The detailed reports offer full insights into work order progress and profitability.

Cons

cost of software installation is a major challenge for small and medium sized enterprises.

With ePROMIS our departments no longer work in isolated data silos! Its perfect for construction organizations with its integrated document management system, electronic approvals and automated billing. It also manages multi-location operations pretty well which helps us handle a remote and dispersed workforce. Investing in ePROMIS is definitely worthwhile!

The support team could be more responsive as I had to wait a bit to get connected.

The user friendly interface is really easy to navigate whch makes management functionality excellent. We can access all finance details and past interactions with just one click! The automation of business processes has been fantastic as our team has managed to automate repetitive tasks which saves us a lot of time.

I cannot think of anything major that I dislike though the reports could use more built-in templates and customization options.

There are occasional minor workflow interruptions but they are resolved quickly. I have not found this to be a major issue.
