Pros
The interface is super user friendly. It works well across many industries, including construction. One of my main clients switched from their old software to EVOLIZ and absolutely loves it.
Cons
So far, I haven't found any downsides, it meets all my needs up to this point without any problems.

“Work from anywhere”
Pros
Everything's fully outsourced. I can access and configure accounting from pretty much anywhere in the software and it lets me upload digital documents almost anywhere I want which helps keep everything neatly filed right where I need it. Plus, bank imports happen automatically which saves me time.
Cons
Right now, you can't send PDF files as attachments directly, only a link is sent. This is a big limitation for us because many clients need invoices with PDFs attached, especially for dedicated mailboxes. It's frustrating and makes us wonder if this solution will last long-term. Also, the Dropbox API doesn't handle file naming or pieces uploaded to Evoliz well which is a bit of a headache.

“Satisfied with this tool”
Pros
I already knew the software from a previous job, so choosing Evoliz felt natural. It's simple, fast, and smooth, and I don't waste time figuring things out. We recently upgraded to the combo plan to get all the accounting benefits.
Cons
The only issue is that the columns in quotes and invoices are too wide, so I end up writing in very small fonts. I mentioned it to sales and hope the tech team fixes it soon.

“Best software”
Pros
The interface is clean and easy for everyone on the team to use. No one needs to be a tech expert, and I like how customizable the client info, invoices, and quotes are. Managing product stock is also simple.
Cons
It would be great if the software generated a summary for the monthly VAT declaration. Customizing invoices and quotes can be tricky, and the interface isn't very mobile-friendly which makes it harder to use on a phone.
