Powerful expense tracking reports

Pros

Keeping tabs on every company expense is much simpler with this software and it automatically generates reports for all spending. That makes expense analysis much more manageable and helps with making better decisions about which costs should be reduced or kept under control.

Cons

At the beginning integration with other systems was an issue but they've improved that over time.

Pros

The pricing is reasonable and because it's web-based, it can be accessed from anywhere. As a SaaS product, it doesn't require local installation or significant maintenance

Cons

Interface is really poor and the product has a lot of bugs that affect usability. Support is disappointing and the mobile app is easily the weakest part of the tool.

helpful expense control portal!

Pros

Using this portal feels easy and much less complicated than other options. Overall I'd recommend it for managing business expenses and cutting down on manual work.

Cons

I haven't come across any downsides so far.

Solid features

Pros

It comes with some really useful features and feels quite user friendly overall. The integration side still has a few gaps and definitely needs a lot more improvement.

Cons

Customization based on client specific requirements feels limited right now and that should be better aligned through mutual agreement so the overall user experience doesn't get affected.

Accessible approvals that just work

Pros

Being web based makes it accessible from anywhere and the mobile approval feature is really convenient. The built in entitlements are useful and it's nice not having to depend on IT for every little thing.

Cons

I haven't run into any negatives so far.

Handling expenses is convenient with email approvals

Pros

Handling expenses with this has been really convenient. Email approvals work well the mobile app is useful when I'm away from my desk and submitting expense reports takes very little time.

Pros

After more than a year with this software the difference has been clear. We've seen strong cost savings and my team spends much less time putting together expense related reports that has really boosted productivity while they're on the move.
