I am quite impressed by the complete, start-to-finish tools for fund administration. Plus it can handle many different types of funds and investor situations and the system is very adaptable.
Cons
For administrative access I think it would be more convenient if all the different sections were available through one main web address instead of several different ones.

Pros
The customer support is outstanding. The Vantage team goes above and beyond to provide assistance and ensure everything functions perfectly. The calculations are accurate and have personally saved me a massive amount of time. Plus processing waterfalls and generating statements used to take weeks of work and verification but now it only takes a few days.
Cons
Figuring out how to make all the different parts of the system work in harmony has a steep learning curve. The good news is that the team provides incredible support for as long as you need until you can work independently and they are still there to help if you forget a step later on.
