“Simple Accounting Tool

Pros

I really appreciate how powerful yet easy this platform is to navigate. The flexibility has been a game-changer for our daily operations. Managing payments became so much smoother with the accounts payable and receivable features built right in. Creating deposits, sales orders and purchase orders feels effortless now. The invoicing system is fantastic, everything's clear, accessible and I can customize them however we need. Having the general ledger makes budgeting simple compared to our old process. The integration capabilities really stand out too, increasing functionality while cutting down on risks, plus it opened up web sales opportunities we didn't have before.

Cons

The search functionality really needs work, I can't look up customers by their address, name or phone number which is pretty frustrating when trying to find specific clients.

The interface is really easy for me and this software packs a ton of functionality while staying great and reliable. It handles everything I need without glitches, making it a dependable tool in my daily work.

Cons

The system's great features sometimes create duplicate entries and while it's designed to be simple, that simplicity can actually make certain tasks nearly impossible to complete.
