Pros
From the start it already lined up well with how we handle both origination and servicing which helped us get up and running in a short amount of time. The onboarding was modified to what we needed and it managed the process closely to make sure we were live by our target date. People across our entire company use it every day and I genuinely think it gives us a competitive edge.
Cons
After launch some changes simply aren't possible since it's a managed application and they have to balance requests against the needs of other customers as well. It really depends on the type of change being asked for although we have still been able to roll out a handful of updates after installing.

Managing client loans is much more organized with this system since it offers several different ways to view and sort everything.
