FYLE needs to market more to the USA as this software is an amazing value

Pros

It's simple yet adaptable to our specific requirements. We have an employee who submits multiple reports, which is not typical in our industry. Other major expense systems couldn't handle this simple need.

Cons

I noticed that there are slight semantic differences between how an Indian company operates compared to US norms.

Deleted account without warning

Pros

I liked how it seamlessly integrated into Gmail, and having a mobile app to capture receipts on the go was very convenient.

Cons

I was repeatedly asked to log in, and the icon would sometimes become disproportionately large. After a period of inactivity, my account was deleted without any warning.

Good & easy app to use

Pros

Using this app for reimbursing mobile and internet bills is very convenient for me.

Cons

The tracking is quite slow; sometimes, even after the money is reimbursed, it still shows that the transaction is on the way.

Great product for a Small / Medium Business

Pros

As a solution for expense reports, I really appreciate its integration with Gmail and Outlook. The interface is intuitive and simple to use. Uploading receipts is easy, and its multi-currency feature is invaluable for my international business trips.

Cons

When using the tool for managing expenses, I found that the section for approving or rejecting documents needs significant improvement. Also, the reporting features, such as visualizing an expense dashboard by category, are missing. They also do not offer a free plan, making it an expensive app.

Easily submit expense reports with Fyle

Pros

Capturing receipts and setting up expense reports from my phone is effortless. It even extracts dates and amounts from receipts automatically.

Cons

When I manually entered amounts and dates before uploading a receipt, the software still extracted the data and overwrote my entries.

Pros

Pros

The app's automatic receipt capture feature is brilliant, just snap a picture and let it handle the rest. Integration with Gmail makes filing expenses simple.

Cons

When comments are made on submitted bills, it's hard to discern who the comment is directed towards. As a manager, I receive many notifications that are not always relevant to me.
