“Good French mobile support but outdated ERP
Pros
Having help available in French was a big plus and the mobile layout worked perfectly for our technicians on the go.
Cons
When I used it, the system was built on a very outdated programming language. This made getting custom features and pulling specific data much harder than it should have been.

It's fully available in two languages.
Cons
The platform is challenging to operate and it responds very slowly whenever you try to perform management tasks. It also offers very little help for creating project quotes or managing a job after it has started.

Pros
I appreciate that it's pretty straightforward for our team. Moving through the system is logical and starting a training module is simple.
Cons
Generating reports is a clunky and complex process. The system isn't easy to figure out and sometimes it's so troublesome that I don't even want to try.

Pros
Main project view is excellent because you can see every update and detail about your job in a single place.
Cons
My biggest issue is that you can't edit purchase orders or change orders after they've been moved to the next stage. The system locks them down.

“poor team sharing features
Pros
The platform is quite simple to operate and doesn't need much instruction to get started. Setting up a new job is fast and you can pick just the parts you require which keeps the cost down for your business.
Cons
It lacks options for team collaboration and isn't easy to use. The main screen doesn't show data in a clear or helpful way.
