“Regret spending on this one
Pros
During the sales phase they really build it up like it is going to be the perfect solution but once you are signed on, the support drops off. So it feels like we are kind of on our own after the deal is closed.
Cons
Unfortunately it has not helped us land a single meeting. Most of the contacts they provide do not even include business email addresses. When we tried to cancel or at least negotiate a more reasonable rate since we were not using the tool, they were not open to any discussion. It felt like they had no interest in working with us fairly or focusing on customer needs.

“Love the tool
Pros
What I really like is having everything in one place. Instead of bouncing between a bunch of bid sites, It brings all that into a single platform. Also the support team is top-tier mainly Alli in particular has been the best with sharing tips that directly help with my role. Plus I love the alert system for getting notified about new leads. The platform is really user friendly too.
Cons
I think it would be pretty helpful if they added some example searches or quick videos showing how to fine tune filters something simple to refer back to when needed.

“Everything went smooth and steady
Pros
Being able to search across all RFPs and pull up exactly what I need is a game changer. Also their search engine does not just scan titles as it digs into the actual documents and finds the exact keywords I am looking for. Overall it makes the whole process so much smoother.
Cons
There is definitely a learning curve with the platform as it can feel overwhelming at first. But once I get the hang of it, it becomes pretty user friendly and easy to use.

“Help and sales teams both did great
Pros
GovSpend is loaded with useful features. The sales team really focuses on helping you succeed post sale which is rare. Also the Support team is fast, knowledgeable and quite professional. I have worked in support myself so I know how tough that can be and they genuinely made it a two way conversation that helped me learn the tool better.
Cons
Nothing negative really stands out. I have always been treated professionally whenever I have interacted with their team.

“Useful leads with helpful reps
Pros
The site itself is easy to navigate. Everything I need is clearly laid out and simple to access. Whenever I have reached out to support, they have been great. Also the tool comes with lots of useful features and we use it almost every day at my company.
Cons
I have not come across many cons though I have noticed the number of leads has not been quite as high as it used to be.

Pros
Having access to so much info specific to my sales region is huge. I get names, phone numbers and sometimes even mobile contacts and emails. Plus being able to see past contracts also helps me understand what my competitors are doing. And shoutout to my account manager Priscilla as she is always quick to respond and very helpful.
Cons
Well I did not have many issues with It. Plus learning how to build reports takes a little practice and once or twice I could not find the info I needed but that's been rare. Overall I have found it to be really effective and valuable.

Pros
I rely on It daily because of the massive amount of information it provides. Marianna's support has been amazing as she and the rest of the team are always ready to jump in and help out. Plus I would absolutely recommend this tool to anyone looking to stay ahead in their space.
Cons
Honestly I do not really have any complaints other than the site needing a strong internet connection. As in some areas where the connection is not great, it can be hard to access.

Pros
The platform's ease of use is impressive. Once customer support walks you through setting up your search terms, the rest basically runs itself. Plus making changes is simple. Honestly if someone cannot figure it out after training, this tool probably is not the problem.
Cons
I have got no complaints. We have grown our tax-supported business significantly since using it and have not looked back.

“Not worth the price
Pros
I would say the lead quality was solid. It gave us plenty of actionable leads and the filtering options helped us zero in on the ones that actually mattered.
Cons
Compared to similar services, it felt pricey and did not deliver any leads I was not already getting from other paid bid platforms. Plus I actually tracked results for a while and decided it was not worth keeping.
