The customer support is exceptional, and the interface is easy to navigate. Also the product itself is amazing.

I cannot think of anything at the moment. Their support is fantastic and quickly resolves any issues.

“Put your tax, accounting and compliance on auto pilot

Pros

I really like the fast customer support and that the Inkle software provides a detailed view of finance and compliance functions. It is also great that the customer support team is highly knowledgeable in the field and is often available to answer important questions.

Cons

There were a few minor UX issues with the software at first but they have been fixed as soon as we reported them.

Inkle software is easy to use, has a simple UI and the customer support team is very hands on, which helps save me time and prevents headaches.

Cons

No problems at all. The team has been excellent. Dhanraj from their team really came through for me when I forgot a important filing deadline. They worked quickly to get it sorted out at the last minute. It is definitely a lifesaver.

I would like it more if I had more information on tax registration in other countries.

The chat-based interface is pretty simple as it provides a single solution for all compliance and taxation needs. The team is also great and the notifications and steps are very helpful.

Inkle recently switched from usage based pricing to subscription based pricing which I think might need some adjustments.

The product itself is amazing in terms of how easy and user friendly it is.

Cons

The monthly subscription does not seem to offer much value. I do not need it every month and it feels unnecessary to have a mandatory subscription when there are fees involved.

Pros

Inkle support team is very helpful and always just a call away. The Calendly links for the customer support manager and other relevant team members are readily available on chat and they are well-prepared and efficient in getting things done.

Cons

I do not have many issues. Taxation and compliance are complex so there is always room for improvement in these areas.

“Peace of Mind with Your Compliance Requirements

Pros

The best thing about Inkle for us is the complete visibility it offers into all our upcoming compliance tasks like why they are needed, their due dates and so on. The chat interface is also simple and the timely reminders help us stay on top of what is required. The team is excellent as they handle things proactively so we do not have to worry about them. They are always available to advise or guide us on any questions we might have. The step by step forms for each compliance requirement make it easy to provide the necessary information. These forms are often auto-filled with details from our existing information and bank account integrations, we just need to review and confirm them.

Cons

There is nothing that I count as a con. Overall the experience has been great.

Pros

Inkle takes away the stress of compliance and bookkeeping challenges that come with managing a US company as a non-resident. And their team has built a sense of trust with their accounting and bookkeeping services. I can confidently say that the founders genuinely care about solving problems and supporting their customers.

Cons

I sometimes worry about not being able to contact the team directly by phone in urgent situations. However despite Inkles chat based system, I have never faced significant delays in their responses so my concerns have not really materialized.

I do not just need a user interface for managing my accounts because the service is what matters most. Inkle provides an excellent combination of technology and human service, which is important for handling accounts and taxation.

I have not faced any issues so far. The service has been A+ and Anand is quite helpful!
