Pros
The functionality is powerful and I really like how user friendly the interface is. Plus being able to customize things to fit our needs has been great too.
Cons

“Really satisfied with it so far
Pros
Invoiced automated billing features feel like having an extra team member. Plus past due notices and statements are sent to customers automatically without any manual effort on my part. This has been a game changer for our workflow and I can already see how much time we will save moving forward.
Cons
Have not found any real downsides yet as everything has been working as we expected and their support team has been great at answering my questions.

“Customer service is quick and helpful
Pros
Whenever I run into questions or problems, their support team gets back to me super fast with really thorough answers and it is refreshing to get actual help that solves my issue instead of those useless automated replies you get everywhere else.
Cons
No real downsides that I can think of.

“Support has been excellent
Pros
I love how efficiently we can bill customers and the chasing feature is the best for reaching groups of customers facing disconnection without making endless phone calls. Setting up Twilio was surprisingly smooth and their customer support team is great too as they are both quick to respond and really know their stuff.
Cons
I really wish there was bulk texting through automation as it would make collecting payments so much easier for us. Our customers keep telling us they would love to make payments on the fly instead of having to remember to log into their computer when they get home which they often forget to do anyway.

“Works great for invoices
Pros
The platform is pretty simple to use for daily invoicing tasks and integrates smoothly with our existing systems. Implementation process was pretty simple too and the interface feels user friendly. Also customer support has been really helpful whenever I have reached out.
Cons
Well the subscription terms with our clients can get pretty complicated and the automated billing does not always run as smoothly as I'd hope.

Pros
Mike from support was very helpful when I ran into a random error during my first use. He walked me through everything on chat, made sure the problem was fixed and took steps to prevent it from happening again. I really appreciate his time and expertise in resolving the issue.
Cons
The system does not tell you what kind of error happened which can be frustrating when trying to troubleshoot issues.

“Extensive features and very user friendly
Pros
It makes invoicing way too simple for our team. I use this daily and hardly run into problems. The interface feels pretty basic too and is easy to learn. Plus there is a great help center available when I have questions. Customer support has been really helpful too whenever I have needed assistance.

“Easy to use for anyone
Pros
The reporting features are powerful and I really like the subscription billing capabilities. Also the accounts receivable automations save me lots of time, plus the cash flow management tools give me great visibility into our finances. The APIs work well for integrations too.
Cons
To be honest I cannot really think of anything I dislike about it

“Looks good and the support is on point
Pros
Invoiced software interface is really easy to use and has a clean, sleek design that makes navigation simple. My support contact has been absolutely amazing as they are knowledgeable, patient and friendly even when I was frustrated learning the system as a new user.
Cons
Time zone differences mean live chat support is not always there when you need it so sometimes we are stuck waiting until the next business day for help with issues.

Pros
I really like how everything flows so much smoother since we made the switch and having all our information centralized in one spot is incredibly convenient. The automated chasing functionality is absolutely fantastic as it's honestly become one of my favorite features.
Cons
The ACH account verification process could be smoother and I wish customers did not have to handle it themselves and then separately click autopay. With our previous processor, we could manage that entire setup on our end without bothering customers.

“Love the software and the team behind it
Pros
This platform has helped us modernize a business process that was really outdated and clunky. The entire team from sales through onboarding to tech support is fantastic at their jobs! Unlike other companies that make you deal with chatbots, these are actual smart people who answer questions and solve problems. Also it is packed with lots of features, plus the API and developer tools let us customize things to fit our specific workflows perfectly.
Cons
Well the main downside is really about the limited fields and how rigid the syncing is with QuickBooks Desktop. But honestly this is pretty typical for most apps that integrate with QB desktop anyway.
