“Still loving Iplicit after nearly 2 Years!

Pros

Iplicit is easy to use and you can set it up to match how you work. Switching to a "work from anywhere" system like Iplicit was crucial for us, especially since this happened just before the 2020 lockdown. The product is constantly evolving so it feels like you are benefiting from the latest innovations. The team is great and customer support is really helpful. After using our previous system for nearly 20 years, adjusting to the new way of working seemed overwhelming at first but the installation and training team helped guide us through it. Now I like how it works, and I appreciate how easy it is to choose what I see and report on.

Cons

We have had some issues with Excel integration but that is more related to the version of Office on our institutions machines. With Office 365 it works perfectly!

Pros

From the moment it went live in January 2020, Iplicit was easy to use. The migration process was very smooth. New developments and changes in Iplicit are easy for the team to access and learn about. Information is shared and easily available. Real-time reporting is an excellent tool for our sales team and financial reporting is just a click away from Excel which is brilliant.

Cons

This is not a fault of Iplicit but some other desktop software struggles to keep up with the seamless updates that Iplicit runs in the background.

I really like the simplicity of Iplicit. Everyone in our company can use it easily. The custom access means users can focus on what they need from the system. The support team is always available to help integrate additional reports for us.

Cons

Iplicit integration process took a while but we got there eventually. The support team has been great in helping with any adjustments or issues we have faced while getting used to the system.

Iplicit is accounting software that is actually enjoyable to use! The support team is very friendly and has become a trusted partner for us. They understand our business well and can make adjustments to the software whenever needed.

Cons

Importing journals from Excel could be a bit smoother and easier.

Pros

Its refreshing to find a product in such a crowded space that truly stands out. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the design which makes it easy to use and in line with current best practices.

Cons

Honestly, there is very little to criticize. The software is developing quickly and most of the nice-to-have features have either already been added or are on the roadmap.
