Being able to set up monitors that automatically download client transcripts is something I really appreciate.

Can't really think of anything I didn't like about it.

Starting with this software is simple and there are plenty of forms and templates available to use.

There's very little I disagree with and I can't really think of any negatives to mention.

The people behind it really make a difference. The software covers everything you'd need and even goes beyond that plus it's clearly well maintained and consistently getting better with regular improvements.

Nothing significant to complain about aside from a few aesthetic details and personal preferences. That's pretty normal with any software package unless it's built completely custom.

It comes with a full set of tools built specifically for resolving tax issues which is handy

For now I don't have any negative feedback and I don't expect that to change.

Pros

Using this platform has been very easy. The transcripts come through incredibly fast and the interface is simple to figure out. On top of that the owners are responsive and easy to reach whenever needed. Their customer support has been outstanding and it's clear they genuinely care about the product and about improving it for users like us.

Cons

I've been very happy with the product and how simple it is to use and so there is othing bad to report.
