Pros

One thing I really appreciate is how fast it is. When I need to download a transcript depending on the IRS of course I can usually pull it up within about 30 seconds and review it with a client right away. The reports are also put together quickly. And as you would expect from this kind of software it handles the standard resolution forms you commonly need.

Cons

I'm not really sure I have a true complaint. I can be a bit picky and sometimes the frustration comes down to user error or not fully reading the instructions rather than an actual problem with the program.

fast transcript access

Pros

Getting to transcripts is quick, the system is simple to use and the support team has been excellent. I also really like the email notifications for transcript updates and for the initial access to transcripts.

Cons

Would like to see more workflow processing built in along with automation options. It would also be helpful to have the ability to add images, documents and PDFs to the notes section.

tax resolution toolkit shines !

Pros

Right from the start the software had everything I needed to manage a tax resolution case from beginning to end. The platform is easy to use and the analysis and information it provides are excellent. I was able to get clients set up and start working on their cases in very little time.

Cons

At this point I dont have any problems with the software to mention. The pricing fits my budget the features meet my needs and overall I am very satisfied.

Great support

Pros

The client support is outstanding and it has been from the very beginning. It feels like the team is personally invested in helping me learn the software. The training content is solid, ongoing, easy to understand and always relevant. On top of that the interface is far better than another product I used in this category which was so confusing that I eventually stopped using it.

Cons

Any issues I've run into are really due to my own habits. The previous product I used taught me some bad practices and that has carried over a bit. Still with consistent use I'm confident I'll get past that.

Pros

Transcript downloads are noticeably faster than with other products which has been a big advantage. The POA notifications and account activity monitoring are also incredibly useful. Between the emails and in-platform alerts from IRS Solution it's simple to stay on top of issues and pull up client information when needed. The secure document exchange portal along with the option for clients to enter their financial details directly saves us a lot of time.

Cons

We still rely on other software for more detailed reporting and deeper analysis of tax transcripts. It would also be helpful if the platform could estimate monthly installment agreement payments based on account balances and CSEDs.

excellent value and support

Pros

Managing clients with this software has been really convenient and the overall value for the price is hard to beat. Apart from that the support team has been excellent whenever needed.

Cons

I don't have any complaints because the program has been working very well for me. I can't think of any cons to mention for now.

Affordable tax support powerhouse

Pros

Using this tool has been a real plus because it's simple to work with and very budget friendly. It gives me quick access to everything I need for all of my clients in one place. I'm able to provide accurate efficient tax advice and help with support almost instantly.

Cons

Haven't used much other software so I can't really compare it to anything else but from what I've seen there aren't any problems with it.

worth every penny!!

Pros

Running tax resolution work without this software is hard to imagine at this point. It helps a lot even with daily IRS notice work especially when I need to pull transcripts generate letters from templates and handle client matters more efficiently. The interface feels fairly easy and the weekly onboarding emails do a nice job of guiding new users through the learning process. Considering everything it offers the value for the price is an obvious win.

Cons

I'd still like to see a "lite" license option for coworkers who only need access to basic transcripts and letter templates rather than the full set of forms and financial analysis tools used for complete tax resolution cases.

Pros

Everything about it has been excellent but the customer service deserves special mention! Sandy is always there for us anytime something isn't clear and we can count on getting help right away.

Cons

We really haven't come across any downsides at this point. Anytime there's something we don't understand or need assistance with help is available.

reliable tax workflow

Pros

Getting started with this software didn't take much time at all. It's affordable covers all the features you need and the integration works extremely efficiently. Security is clearly treated as a top priority and the way client management and tax management work together makes the whole process feel very well connected. Also the support has been wonderful.

Cons

Would like a chat feature so communication with clients could be quicker and more convenient. My clients usually respond much faster to chats than they do to emails.

Pros

The workaround options are really convenient and whenever I reach out with a suggestion I get a timely response. Shoutout to the team!

Cons

Nothing really comes to mind. If something isn't connecting support usually steps in and resolves it in a way that makes things lighter for me.

Amazing tool

Pros

Having a former IRS Revenue Officer behind the product really makes a difference. Since I come from the same background I can tell he understands exactly what the IRS expects and has designed the software around those requirements.

Cons

Something that bothered me before was that not every document could be e-signed within IRS Solution but that has since been updated.

Pros

Using it has been very easy and your support team has been consistently helpful. I also really appreciate the IRS integration that notifies us about new transcripts and approvals.

Cons

The only thing I'd still want is for it to include more IRS codes.

Pros

It feels very easy and simple to work with and the free CE classes are a big plus. They've also helped me get a better handle on a few topics I wanted to learn more about.

Cons

A limitation is that it's only available in English. Since many of my clients speak Spanish I can't simply send them the questionnaire as it is.

packed with IRS tools

Pros

Right out of the box it comes with so many IRS-specific features that make my life simple. The calculations are already handled based on the IRM, the forms are prebuilt and there's a lot more included. I could honestly keep going all day if I tried to list everything.

Cons

I really don't have any major complaints. Nothing is ever completely perfect but whenever the software and the IRS aren't lining up the support team is always proactive and lets us know ahead of time.

Pros

Getting onto the IRS site and downloading my POAs was very easy. It also works really well for having clients send their information over to me and I appreciate being able to store client details right in my solutions files. On top of that the program is priced very reasonably.

Cons

The training videos move too quickly. A few of them are only a couple of minutes long but I kept having to pause and rewind so many times that one ended up taking me about 15 minutes to get through. It would help a lot if the cursor movement were slower so it was easier to follow without constantly stopping.
