“Helpful dashboard”
Pros
Using Kardin has been a really positive experience. It's simple to work with and removes a lot of the guesswork from the process. I recently shared a suggestion about the dashboard and they actually applied it. I really appreciate that they took the time to listen to my concerns and make the change.
Cons
It would be even better if it could calculate the CAPs.

Pros
The best part is that it provides a web-based system where several team members can have their own access rather than being limited to a single person or a program tied to one computer.
Cons
I really wish the system allowed more than one person to be in the budget module at the same time. For instance one team member could be updating income figures while another is adjusting cost details simultaneously.

“simple setup with excellent support”
Pros
Getting everything set up was simple. The steps were clear and well-guided. And the technical support I received during the process was truly excellent....they were responsive, patient and made sure I felt confident moving forward. Starting off on the right foot like that builds a lot of trust in the platform from day one.
Cons
Nothing at the moment, the web callback feature is a dependable solution.

“constant glitches and no support”
Pros
The CAM reconciliation feature is useful but with all the other frustrations it just doesn't feel worth using the system.
Cons
The instructions are unclear which makes the whole experience more frustrating. An error message saying "Undefined function NZ in expression" keeps appearing and the software admits it's a glitch. Their solution is to shut the system down and wait for it to clear every single time it happens. Customer service is also very poor and hard to reach. If you try calling their technical support line before buying chances are you won't get anyone at all. Instead you're left waiting for the one customer service woman to email back whenever she has time.

Figuring it out is easy and the information is presented in a very clean organized way.
Cons
There are a lot of different report types and it can be hard to tell the differences between them.

“efficient data entry”
Pros
Entering data and numbers is simple and running reports doesn't take much effort either. After spending a little time learning how to access it the software becomes very efficient and simple to work with.
Cons
The rent roll can feel confusing at times and setting up the CAM recovery pools is not always very clear.
