“Really easy for offshore teams
Pros
The platform is really easy to use which is a huge advantage with our offshore teams frequent staff changes.
Cons
Sometimes the templates are locked to specific suppliers and company codes which causes issues whenever we need to update those codes.

“Detailed audit trails and accurate scanning
Pros
We get detailed audit trails, accurate OCR scanning, faster processing and great reporting including custom reports. Plus our team finds it easy to work with and the automated approval workflows are fantastic. Having all invoices stored and linked to our ERP is a major benefit.
Cons
I would like to see more options for routing approvals like by department or cost center. Plus some search screens can be buggy and creating custom profiles is not very easy too. A few of the more complex invoice templates also have not worked as we expected.

Pros
I mainly use it to approve invoices. The process is simple and the automatic reminder system works perfectly.
Cons
There are not any features missing that I have noticed. I must say it is a very effective and well-functioning platform.

“Assigning invoices to specific users
Pros
Assigning invoices directly to specific users has made paying our suppliers much simpler. We never lose invoices anymore because our vendors send them straight to our dedicated Kefron email address.
Cons
I honestly cannot think of anything major I dislike. There are just a few minor quirks but support has always been able to resolve them quickly.

“The most precise data extraction tool
Pros
Their data extraction tool is the most precise I have come across, thanks to the dedicated team behind it. The implementation process was also very hands-on making us feel completely supported from start to finish.
Cons
A couple of years ago I would have said the reporting needed work but their new dashboard features are excellent for tracking our liabilities and managing cash flow.

“A total game changer for approvals
Pros
Our old process was a mess. Suppliers would email invoices to us, we would send lots of emails to get them approved and then we would forward them to a shared email folder where no one could see their status. But now suppliers email one special address, Kefron automatically collects the invoice and we can immediately see who is responsible for it. Approving and categorizing the invoice is simple too and it is easy to reassign it, put it on hold or solve any questions about it. Overall it is a total game-changer!
Cons
I do not use it for advanced tasks but for my basic needs, it works exactly as promised.

“Top notch simplicity and automation
Pros
The simplicity and automation are top-notch. Plus it connects seamlessly with our ERP and gives us a real-time view of our payables. And by handling manual tasks like invoice processing, it frees us up for more important work. The reporting tools are also powerful, helping us track performance and make smart decisions based on solid data.
Cons
Nothing major but tha data extraction from invoices could be more accurate. The message section is also quite limited in terms of formatting options. Also development requests for new features take a long time and can be expensive.

“Simple rollout with major efficiency boost
Pros
The rollout was pretty simple, the interface is self-explanatory and we saw a major efficiency boost almost immediately. The API connection to our ERP works well too and the system is flexible enough to match our specific workflow.
Cons
The API integration needs careful monitoring since it depends on our ERP team's policies for external customizations. Plus the tool still has room for growth and many useful improvements are not part of the standard package so they require a formal change request. I also think that the teams response time for acknowledging these business needs could be faster. Being the first French client, we have helped them adapt to local accounting rules and we are still waiting for better withholding tax features that are standard in our ERP.

“A vital tool with modern interface
Pros
Kefron AP has quickly become a vital tool not just for our finance department but for the whole company. The interface is also modern, clean and visually appealing. And while the backend setup is sophisticated, our staff find it very simple to use and understand. Plus our partnership with the team is excellent as they have been instrumental in creating solutions that make all our accounts payable operations run perfectly.
Cons
Having a complete user guide or some quick video tutorials would really help new team members get up to speed. For now we have had to make our own training materials.
