“Easy to use recon automation product.

Pros

The Kosh team did an excellent job of completely understanding our detailed finance operations during the onboarding process. Their product and team have successfully automated our finance processes by providing easy to use solution that required minimal training for my team. They also addressed use cases from our expanding business lines and excelled in maintaining data privacy.

Cons

Setting up Kosh took longer than I expected. It would be helpful if they could focus on shortening the set up time.

Before using Kosh we were manually reconciling finance transactions which was quite difficult and time consuming given our scale. With Kosh we have fully automated the reconciliation process and also improved other related workflows. I must say the platform is highly configurable and the Kosh team has been very responsive to changes in our workflows. Also they did a great job during the installation process.

Cons

I do not have much to add when it comes to cons or dislikes as I found the platform to be highly easy and simple. Also the team has been the best with their support.

Kosh is great at consolidating information from various sources and formats which saves us the worry of reformatting everything ourselves. The team has been amazing and really came through for us!

As we have expanded into international markets we now need Kosh to help streamline financial processes for our new offices overseas.

Pros

I really like the fact how adaptive and customized the product is along with the excellent customer support behind it. This software has significantly streamlined our finance operations including reconciliation, reporting, tracking and monitoring. The team invested time in understanding our process and automating it properly. They did an outstanding job.

Cons

In the start the product lacked localization but the team has addressed this issue quickly. I did also like to see a feature that allows for direct team collaboration within the product.

The software is highly intuitive. I got the hang of it quickly and was fully up to speed within a few hours. The company has provided excellent customer service whenever we have faced any sort of issues or needed help.

Well I have had a positive experience with the product since it helps me complete all my reconciliation tasks.

I am grateful for the Kosh teams efforts in customizing the product to fit our specific processes. This is something that has greatly streamlined our workflow from data import to reconciliation, reporting and monitoring. Working with them and using the product has been a great experience.

We have been using the Kosh software for just over a year and come across quite few issues. The team has constantly provided timely updates and adjustments whenever we needed them.

Kosh has efficiently automated what used to be a time consuming manual reconciliation process. What stands out the most is their outstanding support in handling our unique scenarios during various reconciliation processes. They truly understood our processes and customized the product to meet our needs. The effort they put in were extraordinary.

I think a couple of features would improve the product like 1. better user access and control, and 2. integration with other partners and vendors like our accounting app.

Kosh team has really exceeded our expectations which leaves us with very little to critique. It would be nice to have pre packaged integrations available for our partners.

it is specifically designed for finance operations teams which makes it pretty easy to use. They have streamlined the process by removing unnecessary steps which results in a clean and simple interface. I find it very interesting.

I wish they offer integrations with Indian banks.

I like kosh because the product has an interface that is very easy to understand and navigate. We have automated all our finance operations which allows us to track transactions and generate custom reports with ease. kosh offered great support both during onboarding and afterwards. We handle a lot of data from various sources and the team delivered a solution to unite it all. Not to forget their support has been exceptional.

It is not a con but I just wish that they provide options for customizing reports independently.

Also it has reduced our workload by 95% which saves us a lot of time and resources. Secondly the Kosh teams support has been outstanding. They have constantly exceeded our expectations as they adapt to our changing needs and accommodating format changes. Their dedication to customer support is truly impressive.

It very well consolidates data from various sources such as our pack drop system and multiple payment aggregators which has saved us considerable time compared to our previous manual methods. The kosh team managed the entire setup process and manages both major and minor scenarios. Their support is really amazing.

We collect financial data from various sources both internal and external that require management. kosh has automated all the manual processes we used to handle which saves us significant time and improving accuracy. The support from the Kosh team has been exceptional quickly resolving any issues and implementing specific use cases that have greatly simplified many tasks.

There is a potential for improvement in error handling and messaging. The management and communication of errors could be improved.

Koshs configurable dashboard and reporting features of Kosh help us automate our reconciliation tasks. Our finance operations team used to spend a lot of time reconciling data from various sources manually. The Kosh product has fully automated these manual steps. The team addressed all possible scenarios by configuring the product to our needs. Given our large scale and many to many transactions, the Kosh product manages everything very well.

Cons

I did like to see more integrations and better development around user access control. It seems like the team is working on this.

What I like the most about the tool is its ability to pull data from various e-commerce platforms and automatically reconcile it with our database. It categorizes transactions, provides summaries, prepares reports and more. This tool has reduced processing time and improved efficiency.

Automated data fetching feature is missing which I would love to have in coming future.
