Pros
Keeping projects on track has been much simpler with Levvy. From a management point of view, planning, assigning and scheduling work for the team feels effortless. The time report review is especially helpful for making smarter budgeting decisions and it keeps everything efficient and well organised. It really works as an all-in-one workflow solution that improves team coordination. On top of that the two-way communication with the team and their ongoing development of the app make us feel genuinely supported and it's clear they understand what we need to improve our workflows and processes. Overall I'd highly recommend it.

“Task visibility that changed everything”
Pros
This platform has been fantastic for visualizing all the different tasks our business depends on. It's very simple, quick to pick up and it takes a lot of pressure off our team by helping make sure no task or deadline slips through the cracks. Honestly it's hard to imagine how our business even operated before Levvy.
Cons

“efficient onboarding and workflow tools”
Pros
Getting started felt very well supported especially with the direct Zoom calls that made the transition feel smooth. It keeps my client management and invoicing much more organized which has been a big help. The workflow library and time reports are especially valuable to me, the workflow library has excellent templates for setting up new clients and the time reports make it easy to track user time and task details each day. Communication from their team has also been outstanding, with quick responses whenever I need help which really shows the value.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see improved is the invoicing feature. Right now I can't bill clients directly from the app and that's something I used in FinancialSense that I really appreciated. Having to rely on an outside service like CPACharge to save and send invoices adds an extra step to my workflow. If they added built-in payment processing so I could create and send invoices and have payments go directly to my bank account it would make the whole process much more efficient and could remove the need for extra apps.

“great visibility for CFO workflows”
Pros
Running a small but growing fractional CFO firm we needed a platform that could give us a clear high-level view of the business. They delivered that and it also gave us a way to map and organize our client management workflow. It's been really helpful for putting best practices in place and making sure each client is supported in the most efficient and effective way possible.
Cons
Honestly we didn't come across any real downsides. Every firm has its own specific needs and their team was able to accommodate most of ours. The onboarding felt friendly and thoughtful, they stayed open to feedback and they showed a genuine desire to keep improving the product over time.

Being able to message team members right inside each project also helps keep conversations and work in one place. It has made remote collaboration far more efficient and much easier to manage. Definitely a must-have for teams that want to stay on top of everything.
Cons
Beyond the long list of useful features the way this app handles data security is especially impressive. It's reassuring to know that sensitive and confidential information is protected through strong encryption and tight access controls. In a time when digital privacy matters more than ever that level of protection means a lot. I also appreciate the transparency, adherence to best practices and regular updates focused on keeping our data secure. I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone who takes information security seriously.

“workflow clarity that delivers”
Pros
Out of all the workflow management tools I've worked with, this feels like the most structured and productivity-focused one by far.
Cons
Each task keeps its notes, instructions, logins and confirmations in one place so there's no need to search through old emails or documents for important details from months ago. Everything stays exactly where it's needed, right when it's needed.
