The platform is simple to operate, very fast and makes sharing details with colleagues and people outside the company incredibly simple.

Doesn't always cooperate with every Microsoft patch. I also wish there was a larger library of how-to guides for users.

Linking the product with our existing setup was relatively simple even though our accounting program isn't the easiest to work with. The platform itself is very simple for monitoring payments. The person who approves them loves that they can do it from the office, their house or even a tablet. The help team replies extremely fast and is wonderful to collaborate with.

So far I have no criticisms. The team provided exceptional support to ensure our launch was smooth and timely.

We've relied on this service for the last three years to make electronic payments. We began with their locally installed version and recently moved to their online product. We use it to send both direct bank transfers and virtual card payments to our suppliers. It integrated perfectly with our General Dynamics system and links directly to our bank accounts. They even recently helped us move all our direct transfers from our old bank to our new one. Their technical group is always quick to answer and we never feel stranded when we submit a request. That's just one more reason we stick with them.

It's an adaptable, simple product that lets us print our own payroll checks. We can use simple text files as the source data and one of the best functions is the smooth way to print a check again if needed. We've used it for years and the support staff is fantastic.

We run into problems nearly every time we process payments. The site frequently disconnects, forcing repeated logins. There are also many old, completed payments that clutter our account and can't be removed, creating confusion and extra steps to filter them out. Our last session took more than six hours to successfully upload just six files.

The instructions at the beginning were good and made it easy to learn. I find the program simple to use, and the two-step login is a nice security feature

Cons

Despite previous assurances, the system struggles with high payment volumes. Recently it took five hours to finalize four files containing 7,500 payments. The platform repeatedly froze, logged us out and was extremely slow.

Main screen offers a clear, step-by-step path for newcomers. Once you get more familiar, you can use the side menus to jump to any part of the process directly.

Our only regret is how long we spent deciding to adopt this platform, we should have started using it much sooner
