“Good product, horrible customer service”
Pros
In my opinion, this product is excellent for fulfilling our specific requirements. The best aspect is the reports feature. Once you become familiar with building reports, it becomes an even more powerful tool.
Cons
Whenever I had to call customer support, I had to be prepared to endure at least 45 minutes of hold time accompanied by that repetitive music. It didn't matter what day or time I called; they always seemed to be busy. Our implementation specialist was supposed to provide a week of training, but I had to request her to complete it because she rushed through it and even skipped demonstrating one of the modules we had paid for.

“Highly functional product for a small, medium, or large non profit organization”
Pros
The configuration of the chart of accounts, the ability to control account code usage through combinations and the import/export functions for data have been incredibly valuable. We can easily import over 30,000 lines of data for payroll entry every two weeks. The accounts payable EFT notifications are also great, as we can send remittance details to vendors when making ACH payments. The administrative access controls allow admins to manage what users can see, and the customer support is always helpful.
Cons
The import function is quite advantageous, however, there are times when I wish the process could be faster, especially for larger entries.

Pros
MIP Fund's cloud-based feature was awesome, and the level of security provided made us feel confident in the safety of our information. Having all the modules in one user friendly place is very suitable too.
Cons
The software was a bit expensive for our small company, and we didn't require the cloud feature. It would have been beneficial if it included inventory and shipping features as it will save us from the need to purchase and reconcile two separate software packages.

Pros
The setup of the general ledger chart of accounts is unparalleled. The segment-driven chart, as opposed to the linear style found in competitor products, results in the best reporting I've ever seen in the industry. Additionally, the software maintains strong audit controls to ensure data integrity.
Cons
I find it hard to pinpoint any major cons with this product. However I am eagerly looking forward to the addition of more features to their cloud offering.

Cons
The customer service at Abila is not top-notch. Their response time is slow, and when you purchase a new product, they don't give enough time to properly guide you on its usage.

Although there's a service fee for this product, it proves to be an invaluable tool for grassroots nonprofit organizations. Also the ability to customize Abila provides a unique experience tailored to each organization's needs.
Cons
MIP Fund offers numerous options available can be overwhelming, but I find the customer service to be highly reliable and they offer excellent training.

Pros
I like the fact that once you post items, you can't make changes to them. In terms of stability, it surpasses QuickBooks in this aspect.
Cons
Once you make a typo, it becomes permanent since there's no option to make changes. It would be great if there was an edit feature specifically for descriptions.

It's amazing! I didn't even need to read the instructions to get started. The setup is just my style. Now, I can't say this applies to everyone, but if you have some experience, you'll be perfectly fine.
Cons

The bolt-on modules are exceptionally robust and have exceeded our expectations. The integration from FR50 to MIP is seamless, and the option to install modules separately helps distribute the learning curve over time.
Cons
The software doesn't offer a switch to Cash Accounting Basis as it is exclusively designed for Accrual Basis. Additionally, there isn't a built-in cash forecast model.
