“Good for Small Operations

Pros

The interface is really easy for me and doesn't confuse me with unnecessary complexity. It keeps things simple and easy to navigate which makes getting work done much faster.

Cons

Once my business started scaling up, I found it became pretty basic for what I needed. It works fine for smaller operations but as things grow, I need more advanced features to keep up.

I really appreciate how clean and organized the interface looks. The workflow customization is fantastic, since I work with companies that have different invoicing requirements, being able to set up multiple workflows has been a game changer for me.

Cons

The main thing I'd change is having a proper iPad app. Right now I have to use the iPhone version and zoom it up which isn't ideal.
