“Capable of a lot, but requires work to get there

Pros

Multiview is highly customizable, whether you are setting up data fields, running reports or queries or creating invoices.

Cons

Multiview is not the easiest system to learn or navigate. It can feel overly technical at times.

Pros

Software is simple to navigate, easy to customize and allows us to write custom reports as needed.

Cons

If you make an error in a journal entry you have to create an entirely new one. A "reversing" option would be useful. The system also slows down in the afternoons which causes delays and leads to mistakes when you do not realize it did not fully capture your entries.

Pros

With Multiview it is very easy to issue checks and process EFT payments.

Cons

We are not able to use this for budgeting and forecasting as we were originally told.

Pros

It was quick to set up and for the most part it is highly intuitive. Navigating invoices, the general ledger and viewing reports is also a simple task.

Cons

Managing the budget is a bit complex. There are too many steps and clicks required to get where you need to be.
