it can be slow at times and there are a few small tweaks required that would improve its flow. Well good thing is that they said they are working on a major upgrade which should address both issues.

The login process takes a while and the file upload portal logs you out too quickly which means we frequently have to log back in.

Multiview takes a lot of time to learn but once you get the hang of it, it is simply the best. We are picking up new things every day!

Multiview accounting software has everything we needed and more. Training and installation were smooth. Also it is highly adaptable, integrates seamlessly with Cerner and the customer service is top notch.

It relies heavily on using a mouse and we did prefer if it were more keyboard friendly.

Pros

Multiview platform is very detailed and can handle various setups and workflows. We use it mainly for materials management. After merging with three hospitals, we worked with MV to establish additional warehouses and streamline supply transfers across the companies. Its also great that the materials management side links well with the accounts payable side which makes the workflow largely automated and smooth. What I find most useful is the reporting feature. It is flexible, allowing detailed reports, easy Excel exports and even the creation of pivot tables and graphs directly in the system.

Cons

Our main issue is with the systems speed mainly after adding more hospitals. Some tabs, like the PO Line Detail Inquiry barely load. I am worried it will slow down even more as we add more data. There are also several bugs that slow things down, like having to restart a process when certain tabs will not change in the right order.

It is a flexible platform that lets us maintain a single chart of accounts across our three entities. Uploading AP vouchers, journal entries and credit card transactions is smooth and quick.

Cons

Multiview banking import feature is not as refined as what QuickBooks offers.

I like being able to drill down to the detailed level I need. From an accounting perspective, Multiview is a strong tool as it offers customizable features and helping streamline processes.

The outcome you get really depends on the effort you are willing to put into it. The installation process can go either smoothly or be quite rough. You can say all depends on the amount of time and energy invested in the process.

It can provide nearly everything you require and you have the freedom to set it up exactly how you want it to function.

Setting it up and getting started is a lengthy process especially if no one on your team is familiar with technical jargon or understands programming and product creation.

Multiview input screen layouts require a lot of scrolling to reach important filter fields with key fields placed too far down. Standard accounting reports also are not labeled the way I would expect.

I really love having so many different ways to view the financials. As the name suggests MULTIVIEW lets you break things down and view the details at any level you need.

Cons

When cutting checks for Accounts Payable we have several ways to pay an invoice. It would be helpful to choose a group of invoices and then select the bank to pay them from. Instead Multiview ties each vendor to a home bank which means we have to manually change the bank for each invoice.
