The product is really well designed and very simple to use. Whether it's for the initial setup or ongoing monitoring, the whole MyDSO team has always been responsive and available whenever needed.
Cons
Honestly I don't see any downside. Since putting MyDSO in place, we've improved every aspect of how we manage accounts receivable.

Cons

Managing collections and credit processes is much faster with this software. It's simple, user-friendly and feels innovative. It also offers a lot of flexibility during the payment process and lets you follow up at exactly the right time.

It gives us useful information through our ATRADIUS insurance and CREDIT SAFE, improves communication with the sales team, helps manage reminder scenarios and supports decision-making around customer credit exposure.
Cons
The customer file import is still done manually for now although an automatic process is planned by the end of 2021.

This software covers the essentials we need, both internally and externally: the flexibility to adapt as our needs evolve, the autonomy to make those changes ourselves and clear transparency for our external partners. One thing we especially appreciate is how simple it is to use. It's quick to get comfortable with and fully meets our needs for reporting, analysis and, above all, management.
Cons
After all these years of using it, our needs have largely been met but one improvement could save us time: being able to create a document directly from the customer record without having to go through ADMIN.

I am glad this software has been a real asset for our company. It saves us a lot of time and it's very simple to use on a daily basis.
Cons
There are two areas that could be improved: With factoring, accounting entries have to be disabled for invoices to appear during follow-up which is not very practical. Also in the global view, the total amount for "late payments" is calculated including creditor accounts so late payments linked to creditor accounts should really be separated out.

Getting started with this software was simple and putting it in place didn't take much effort. It's very flexible when it comes to designing scenarios and adapting to local requirements. The training was very good as well and the MY DSO team has been highly responsive whenever needed.
Cons
It would be even better if more application languages were available, such as Polish.
