Getting started was easy and the platform has been very user-friendly throughout. The customer support team has also been quite helpful whenever needed. It has really helped us streamline our accounting processes and gives us a real-time view of the company's financials which has been very valuable.

Pros
Right away the platform feels simple and genuinely user-friendly. Keeping up with financial tasks is very easy and the invoicing features are especially impressive. It's simple to navigate while still being powerful enough to handle everything I need and the value for money is another big plus.
Cons
At this point, there isn't really anything major that bothers me. If I had to point out one thing, I'd say I'd love to see more advanced reporting options added down the line. Even so, it already does a very good job covering all the essentials.

Running a business with Stripe income and just a handful of Mashreq expenses, I was able to import everything at once and have my 2024 books finalized about 30 minutes later. Using their guide I could then submit my corporate tax return without any hassle. Getting all of that at no cost made it even better.
Cons
Honestly no complaints. It's free, simple to use and the support is quick and knowledgeable whenever help is needed.

Pros
Getting started was very straightforward because everything was already set up from the beginning. I only needed to add my business details and then we were up and running. I can also download my Wio Bank statement and it gets reconciled automatically so I only spend about 5-10 minutes a month on bookkeeping.
Cons
The mobile app still feels like it could use a few more features.
