Pros
Netwrix Auditor was easy to deploy, and you can quickly gain deep insights into what is happening in your environment. A major advantage is that a single application can provide data for many different environments.
Cons
This isn't a critique of the software itself, but some requirements for certain audit features could be documented better or more centrally. This may have improved since my initial deployment over five years ago.

Pros
The amount of information you can gather about security events, group changes, object movements and deletions, system and file access (and much more) is remarkable, especially given the cost. If I need to track something new that I hadn't considered when purchasing this software, a little digging reveals an existing tool for me to use. The range of systems we can monitor is fantastic too. Windows domains, file servers, Office 365, VMWare, SharePoint, SQL, and more...each type of audit task provides consistent types of reports. Easy color coding for quick visual assessment. Setting up is simple. The documentation includes everything needed to get started, and the knowledgebase covers any additional issues you may encounter in a tricky environment. One of my favorite aspects of Netwrix Auditor: simple licensing.
Cons
The change in the UI from the previous major version to the new one was quite jarring. I believe it would have been easier to understand if I had started with the latest UI.

Excellent alerting and customization. We use it to send alerts for AD and Windows Fileshares. Each version has improved the software.
Cons
For some reason, it doesn't always detect user lockouts. All other alerts work flawlessly.
