Compared with a lot of BPM tools out there, this feels like one of the strongest options. The part that really works for me is the low-code, no-code approach since it lets you get started without needing deep technical knowledge. On top of that, it delivers solid end-to-end automation and handles user management very well which makes the platform even more valuable.

There are still quite a few bugs in the software that need attention and the setup is fairly complex, even when you're only trying to build a basic lab environment.

Support has suffered from poor coordination between NewGen and Infrrd. On top of that, the implementation partners, NewGen and HCL, did not provide any best-practice guidance which ended up affecting the project timeline in a major way. The tool also has inconsistent logic when it comes to standard accounting and content organization. Formatting and accounting values feel poorly arranged and at times the structure inside the program seems completely illogical.
