This is a powerful accounting solution.

Cons

I wish I had paid more attention to accounting in college. Because unfortunately ease of use is not one of its strong points.

The setup and use are simple and whenever I need customer service they are always available and have been exceptional.

Cons

The only minor inconvenience I have faced is that invoices can only be emailed from a Google browser. Other than that I have not found any other issues with the software.

Its user-friendly, and the accounts receivable and customer invoicing functions work quite well. The systems reports are okay though I did like to see more options and flexibility. Customer service is excellent.

Cons

For Accounts Payable, there is no easy way to view the complete payment information for a vendor directly from their file. Instead, I have to check a billing report for some details. There is enough space in the vendor payment section to show the full vendor invoice number, account charged dates, payment date and check number, but this information is not all visible now.

Its easy to use and offers multiple reports. Patriot Accounting is become a key part of our business!

I usually need to convert reports into other formats for my auditors or tax professionals but its not a major issue.

Patriot Accounting software is quite impressive. I no longer worry about my reports. I recommend it to everyone.

I do not see any disadvantages with this software as it is very practical.

“Customer Service Is Outstanding

Pros

Transitioning from another accounting program to Patriot Software took a little time to learn, but customer service was consistently helpful, patient and professional. My only regret is not switching to Patriot Software sooner just for their outstanding support.

At first, the extra step of printing checks by downloading the form as a PDF was a bit hard to get used to. However now that I understand it better and see it as a potential security feature, it is not really a problem.

Its easy to use, the support is great and the price is right. The team is fantastic at helping with setup and support.

“Simple and Straightforward Accounting Software

Pros

The migration to Patriot was simple and not at all time consuming. Also the reports are excellent and we can customize some using filters. Recording payments is easy and running payroll is also a hassle free task now.

Cons

I do not like that I have to open each invoice individually to print them. I did prefer the option to select and open multiple invoices at once for printing. Since we invoice clients in batches, printing each one separately is time-consuming.

Pros

Payroll is very easy to process as it takes me just 5 minutes or less for fewer than 10 employees, with all government payments handled for me. Any reports I need are readily accessible.

Cons

I did not have any reason to dislike anything about Patriot Accounting.
