“QNE is bit complicate

Pros

I use QNE Accounting software to generate DAT files and SLSP for BIR purposes and it works well for me.

Cons

I find it a bit difficult to study the functions unless I receive training from the software support team.

QNE Accounting software is easy to understand and use. Also it gives plenty of options for exporting reports to Excel.

Cons

If I had to nitpick I will say the training on how to use the product feels too generic.

When the software goes down or is undergoing maintenance it can be quite troublesome for me and disrupts my work. But I notice that after maintenance, the software tends to be more reliable and can handle various tasks without bugs.

Ever since I signed up, I have been impressed by how well the system meets the business and accounting needs here in the Philippines. Its user friendly interface makes managing our financial data very simple.

I believe the customization of reports could be improved to meet each clients preferences and reporting styles. It would also be helpful to have an import from Excel feature for manual journal vouchers for added convenience.

As a Billing and Collection Assistant I find the automation of sales invoices and the ability to handle multiple customer collections very well organized.

I sometimes find that VAT codes are hidden within the system which can be a bit annoying.

QNE Accounting occasionally stops working if I use it for too long but this does not happen often. It might just be an issue when I have multiple programs open on my PC.

Customer support provided me with a demo system to help me get familiar but despite following up, I did not receive a permanent system afterward.

I have found QNE Accounting to be user friendly. After using it for just over 6 months, I can say that its features and design have been quite helpful for someone like me who is new to this. Also there are resources available to help me fully use it.

There have been times when we needed to ask support to refresh the app because we could not log in which is major dislike.

It is very easy to use, simple and reliable. The customer service is also very quick to respond when in need.

Although the customer service is very attentive it can sometimes take a while for them to respond. Other than that I have not faced any major issues.

We really like QNE Accounting software for handling invoices, monthly bills, cash advances and petty cash. It truly makes our daily tasks easier.

While it may be somewhat outdated it still handles basic accounting tasks well. However the annual service fee feels a bit high.

They offer excellent customer support. When you communicate with them it is clear they know what they are doing

Some Windows updates are not compatible with the software which means we have to call the support team to resolve the issues
