What I really like about Reinvestwealth is how easy it is to use, its Canadian origins, its affordability compared to other platforms and how it automates the most tedious parts of bookkeeping.

Cons

I feel like response times for queries could be a bit quicker and having real-time help available would definitely be a nice addition.

ReInvestWealth customer service is excellent as they are super quick to respond. Also the product is easy to use, with a great interface that makes navigating simple.

Cons

Like QuickBooks, you cannot link your bank accounts unless you disable 2FA on your online banking. However this is not specific to the platform and I understand they are working on a fix.

Pros

Automation was a big reason I chose this software as the less I have to do, the better it is. Overall I absolutely love the program.

Cons

The historical data pull is limited to 30 days for bank accounts but the good thing is that they have a team that can help transfer older records for us.

Pros

The software automatically matches transactions to expenses. All we need to do is upload a photo of our receipts and it takes care of the matching.

Cons

I reached out to support with a question but never received a response. Bank integration frequently fails which could be an issue with Plaid but either way, it affects the user experience.

ReInvestWealth software is pretty simple to use, especially the AI features. They definitely help me prepare my taxes more quickly.

Well I am not sure how to feel but it feels like the software is still in the early stages and I believe the developers will continue adding more features.

It has made managing my business and accounting much easier. Plus I can already see the long-term benefits for improving my ledgers and accounting month after month.

Unfortunately I could not retrieve data from my bank account beyond a few months. I hope this improves in the future.

ReInvestWealth is incredibly easy to use and I must say it is ideal for small businesses with simple needs.

The user interface can be a bit confusing in certain areas and I feel like the overall experience could definitely be improved.

Pros

I love how simple it is to link our bank feed. And if needed I can review any transactions that the AI is not sure about though that happens rarely.

There could be more reporting options especially with cash flow and forecasting features as a suggestion.

Not only is it simple to use but the customer support is top-notch too as they always assist us when needed.

Nothing too major but I feel like it would be great to see financial projection features added to the platform.
