It is very easy to adapt to the workflow and also while using it I discovered many useful features which benefitted me a lot.

It would be helpful if customers were better informed about any new features introduced like newsletters.

Request Finance provides support for invoicing contractors who primarily receive their income in cryptocurrency.

Cons

The amount I request and receive is often slightly different which I assume happens during the transaction. I have never faced this issue when getting payments directly through Coinbase. It might be a lag or a difference in how Request and Coinbase handle payments.

In my opinion it fits well with the companys policies, is easy to use and the key functions are easy to access too.

Cons

Sometimes, it is difficult to select the entity or company I have preloaded for billing.

I really do not have any complaints as I have not faced any sort of any issues with the product.

The payroll cannot be downloaded onto one page if it covers multiple months.

Request Finance interface is clean, it is user friendly and does not require a lot of KYC processes.

Occasionally I get confused and end up only using it for billing purposes.

Setting it up was very quick as it takes less than 5 minutes. From a user experience perspective, it is clear and all the options are right there. Also it is a solid choice for crypto payments.

It is hard for me to say anything. As an employee I do not handle the bills so I do not know how costly it is. However my experience has been positive so far.

Request Finance platform is simple and integrating Blockchain addresses is not a problem anymore with this platform.

Right now I have no issues. I use it to send invoices to my employer without any problems.

The default Due Date option on invoices is set to 30 days but I think this field should be larger and require mandatory input from the user.

I believe they can make improvements in an expense tracking feature to enhance the clients experience. It is a suggestion!

I wish it worked like ChatGPT where I could just tell it what I need and it would ask the right questions to create what I want. That would be really cool.

Using multiple currencies via Request Finance is not an issue and one other thing I like is how simple the platform. Even the customer support team is very helpful.

Request Finance has positioned itself as a key player in this niche although market adoption is still quite low. There are many new users from various parts of the world who can benefit from using this software. I find it very easy and highly flexible.

I did like to see personalized dashboards for expenses and perhaps a quicker way to communicate with the Request team.

I absolutely love Request Finance! I have been using it for over a year and its the best tool I have tried for freelance invoicing. It is simple and works really well. One of my favorite features is the in-app crypto payments with Monerium integration which simplifies everything.

Cons

One feature I would like to have is the ability to pay in crypto and receive payments in crypto directly through the app. Right now I have to transfer from wallet to wallet even though fiat to crypto payments work really well.

Request Finance provides an easy way to send and receive invoices. Also it reduces the chances of paying the wrong person.

Cons

The sudden increase in prices has made me less inclined to use the Gnosis integration which is the most important feature for me. With these fees I might as well be using a bank.
