Very useful

Pros

I can easily organize all the company's expenses and even break them down by departments or units. Making detailed reports and reviewing expenses one by one has never been simpler for me.

Cons

I think there's always room for improvement. Since I upload all the office expenses, it would help to have a field to assign the expense to specific people because right now everything shows under the same tax ID. Also, for travel expenses, it would be great to add a way to include tolls or highway fees linked to the trip. Maybe reports could have a dashboard showing who owes what, like a pie chart after the final amount.

Helps me stay focused

Pros

Because I have better control over managing expenses, I feel more confident that nothing slips through the cracks. This peace of mind lets me focus on other important parts of my work without worrying about missing anything.

Cons

Sometimes the service goes down when they're doing maintenance which can be frustrating if you need to use it urgently.

Super cool tool

Pros

The whole expense reporting process is simple and I can quickly find old expenses without digging through piles of paper which saves me a lot of time and stress.

Cons

When I upload photos for expenses, the image quality drops and the text becomes blurry, which makes it really hard for me to read the details clearly. This issue slows down my process and can be quite frustrating.

Innovative and friendly tool

Pros

I like that the invoice data gets uploaded automatically ahead of time, so I don't have to enter everything manually, making my work easier and more efficient. This feature saves me a lot of time and reduces the chance of errors in data entry, which really helps simplify my workflow.

Cons

The email feature for sending receipts to load expenses is pretty unreliable for me and often doesn't work properly, which slows things down a lot. It can be really frustrating when I'm trying to keep everything moving quickly.

Pros
